Redesigned home with beautiful décor. Great open layout with a fully stocked kitchen. Brand New stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and subway tile backsplash. Family room has a 55 inch flat screen and the master bedroom has a 42 inch flat screen. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet and a garden tub. The 3rd bed room has two double beds. The home is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. There is nice patio with a table and chairs. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with neighbors who like to walk their dogs and run. There is a neighborhood pool that is 3 blocks away. Close to Uptown, Southpark, major highways, and the airport.

Beautiful home, great location, and a super host

I stayed at this home with 3 other girls for a 2 month period for an internship we all had in Charlotte. The home couldn't have been in a better location (about an 8 minute commute to Uptown and 10-15 minutes to other popular, large shopping locations). The house is very well kept and was more than enough room for all 4 of us, even with guests. The appliances are all up to date and the home is very well decorated. We enjoyed plenty of our dinners at the outdoor seating with the table in the backyard. The garage was a nice addition seeing that we had 4 cars with us during our stay. The neighbors were kind and low volume. Jack was such a great host and easy to reach out to if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home or having Jack as a host at his other locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Charlotte this summer and much of it has to do with the choice to stay at this home!

Disappointing to say the least

This house is not in Cotswold, so completely false advertisement saying it’s on a walker street. The house was absolutely filthy upon entry even though you are required to pay a cleaning fee. Zero outlets work in the bathrooms plus other rooms of the house. House would not reach below 75 degrees even with AC on. No cable with the house. The list can go on, but for the price paid, you are absolutely better off at a hotel. In fact, we stayed at a hotel the first weekend of this rental because it was so filthy before we cleaned it ourselves.

Well kept property, easy to get to and from!

Our family rented this property long term while we were in town for work. The house is updated and has a nice and comfortable feel. In the mornings and evenings you find many neighbors walking their dogs, riding their bikes, going for a run. The kids have enjoyed the neighborhood pool. We love that it's so close to a lot of things we want to do in Uptown and surrounding areas, and only fifteen minutes to South Park Mall. It's also a short wait anytime you're looking to grab an Uber. If we are here again we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this property.

Great place is nice neighborhood

My family rented this house prior to moving into our new home. The house has everything that you need, and has got to be one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. The owner's done a great job updating the house, which makes a difference when you're renting for an extended period of time. The owner was also really helpful/flexible with our plans. The neighborhood is very friendly--we enjoyed walking around with our kids. It's close to Cotswold shopping center and downtown Charlotte, pretty convenient for getting out and about.

The furniture was rented and the condo didn't have a home like feel. I recognized an opportunity for many of the people who were relocating to this area. Now that I am a full time realtor, I have purchased a few properties that are designed to help others who would like a better option for their short term stay.

This home has a convenient location to all that Charlotte has to offer. I completely remodeled the home to be similar to a model home. The set up is ideal for a long term stay or for someone who is only here for a week's stay.
