Looking for a place large enough to gather your entire group? Look no further. With two fully equipped kitchens, two dining areas, and two living rooms, everyone can spread out and have their own space. And no one gets left out in the cold - this gem even has two large hot tubs!

POOL is not at the property. It is a Bear Hollow Club Hause pool at 5518 Lillehammer Ln, Park City, UT 84098

* 2 queen pull out coaches (one in the master bedroom and one in the lower common area)

Location is ideal. We had three families that comfortably stayed and skied at Park City everyday. Also super walkable to stores. We took a stroll to Barnes and Nobles. Thank you! Wonderful stay!

House was in a good location, just 10 min drive to the mountain. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. dining and living area was perfect for a large group!

Kris was a great host! Our group of 10 loved the place! The living and dining area were spacious. The two hot tubs were just what we needed after a day of skiing. Loved having multiple fire places as well as a pool table too! Can’t beat the location either and easy access to shuttle, town, and slopes. Thanks Kris!!

Great location and plenty of room for a multi family birthday weekend celebration! Jason, property manager, was responsive when I reached out. Kris, the owner, worked with our group to split payments. The house was well stocked and close to stores for little things needed. Would highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of 13. The bedrooms were on three different levels so each family had their own space. Lots of room to gather and play games. The kids loved the pool table. Comfortable beds, two hot tubs, and a great location in Park City - who could ask for more? The only downside was difficulty using the television in the living room and no instructions were given.

This was a five star rental. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked. The three floors provided so much room and plenty of privacy. The Pool Table got used non-stop and the view and location was fantastic easy access to all the mountains in the area.The rental was perfect for a large group. More than enough room to relax, and the heated floors are a nice touch! The houses location was just close enough to grocery stores and restaurants so that cooking and eating out were both easy options.

Our family has rented many VRBO homes. I have to say that Bear Hollow was by far at the top of our list. Kris was easy to deal with. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. It was great that the kids had their own area to watch tv and play this allowed to adults to have grown up conversations with minimum interruptions. Both hot tubs were a hit. The biggest plus was allowing more than 4 vehicles. Other homes in the area have a maximum of 4 vehicles and was strictly enforced. With a group of 20 we needed more space for parking. We were all in town from the East Coast for a wedding in Park City. The location was perfect Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back !!

Better than expected!!! 10 StarsStayed at this property for 4 days on a guys mountain bike weekend and the house is nicer than advertised. Easy communication with the property manager and the owner. No issues, just a couple of questions and sorted within minutes...... you could easily sleep 12 people here with plenty of space and the views in the morning are incredible..... The two hot tubs, the pool table, the two car garage are all not too shabby either, and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. We will be back........

The location was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. Floors were not very clean. Beds were pretty hard and not comfortable. I ended up sleeping on an air mattress because the king was so hard. The kids were able to entertain themselves with the pool table and hot tubs and pool and play area by the pool.

We have a large family and we really enjoyed the spacious house and beautiful surroundings. It was wonderful to have so many bathrooms! :-) The location was super convenient to Park city and Salt Lake City. There was no shortage of fun things for our family to do. But we also enjoyed just being in the house together

Great for large groups

Nice large home enhances our family vacation. It was not lavish but it was clean and well appointed and well located. Its proximity to the Winter Olympic training facility was a real bonus. We spent many hours watching the athletes train. The stop for the free tram to Park City was close by.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for a large family such as ours. There was enough bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable, the living room was ample and I loved we could all sit around the large dining room table. Every bedroom and bathroom were modern and clean. The neighborhood was also great - within driving distance to Park City, lots of shopping and dining right near by and my family also enjoyed the community pool. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the host. We would definitely come back!

Park city stay

We stayed with friends for a tournament in Park City and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot. We had 4 families with kids from 10-14 years old. The house provided a perfect amount of space and the common areas were just what we needed. The location was also perfect with green space and community pool for the kids to have fun with team mates and it was minutes from Olympic park.

Friends' Trip

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was the perfect place for our vacation. The location was ideal—just a short drive to grocery stores and everything Park City has to offer. The house was spotless and well-organized when we arrived, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The amenities were a great bonus. We loved using the hot tub and pool table, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hotter days. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made things so convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

50 is the new 40

Beautiful views. Spread out space good for large groups. We had a private chef and able to accommodate 10 guests. Heated floors were neat but house gets hot at night with no heating on. Other than Master, beds undersized. Didnt seem like queens. Different style lighting in dining room - tacky for a luxury VRBO.

Great Home for Large Group

The house easily accommodated our group of 12. The location makes it easy to drive to the Canyons lot and access the slopes (4 people equals free parking at the top Canyons lot). Kris was easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly with any questions. Would stay here again with a large group.
