Looking for a nice villa with a great pool area for a quiet stay? You don't have to look further! The villa is spacious, well kept, well equipped, nice bathrooms, aircondition. But the real gem is the pool area where we spent the whole day! It is much better and more spacious than we anticipated from the pictures. We particularly appreciated how close the pool area was to the covered seating area by the outdoor kitchen, which had a fridge, cooking facilities and a charcoal barbecue. Having an outdoor shower and toilet was also a plus. Breakfast with the sun rise or a glass of wine at sunset at the roof terrace was pure luxury. The area itself isn’t particularly exciting, but there is a small shop nearby that sells everything you need for everyday essentials. There are also a couple of places to eat, although we didn’t try any of them. With the fantastic Mercadona and Carrefour just 15 minutes away, having dinner at home after the baby had gone to bed was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures of property do not do it justice. The villa is amazing inside and out. We were a family of 4 and stayed for 16 wonderful nights. There is so much space. Inside is very modern and airy with excellent air-conditioning units in all areas.Everything you could possibly require is within the property. Outside, the pool area is amazing. Again, very spacious and very comfortable area around the pool to relax. Many seating areas outside to enjoy as well as outside kitchen, toilet and shower. 2 lovely restaurants 10 minutes walk away at a nearby hotel. Supermarket 10 minutes walk also which is very well stocked. The beach is 15 minutes walk however very steep hill on the way back so easier to drive down. They're is a lovely cafe bar and shop right next to the beach. A little further along is another beach with a lovely restaurant. The communication with the hosts was excellent, always quick to answer any questions I had. And the property was looked after by Kathryn who again, was always happy to help. Overall we've had a fabulous experience and holiday and we would definitely be happy to return

A really lovely villa equipped with everything you could need… Nicole answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. The grandchildren loved being able to swim every day in the lovely pool with an extremely useful outdoor shower and toilet. There was so many great areas to sit and eat with a wonderful outdoor kitchen with an outdoor fridge too….It was a very hot 37 whilst we were there so the excellent air-conditioning was very welcome…we would definitely go again.

Super villa

Lovely villa in a very quiet area. Outside space is excellent, perfect for enjoying the lovely weather we experienced during our stay. The villa is very well equipped and is very comfortable, the modern bathrooms in particular were excellent. Guests would need a car as shops, restaurants and the tram station are not close by.

Amazing villa in El Campello

The property was perfect for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen with 3 good sized bedrooms. The villa, especially the outside areas, were very spacious. Definitely need a car but it's only a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

What more could you ask for!

Myself, my partner and my two sisters recently stayed in this beautiful villa for just under a week. Both the villa and gardens are impeccably maintained and very very clean. The pool is a perfect size for the villa with multiple seating options. You could not want for anything at this property, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and they provide plenty of towels. Overall we had a perfect week in a perfect place. Angela and Adrian were also really helpful. Can't wait to return!

The perfect family villa

Beautiful modern villa very clean and fully stocked with everything you need for an amazing stay. Owners in communication through the process and a great local host who we could contact for advice on anything related to the villa and local knowledge. Airport to villa was a 25 mins drive. Hypermarket 15 mins away by car for a big shop or local mini supermarket for everyday shopping a 5 to 10 min walk. Good Italian type restaurant a 10 min walk away. Lots of beaches within 5 to 20 mins drive. Villajoyosa beach being our favourite. The pictures don't do the villa justice go ahead and book for yourself.

El Campello 10 min drive absolutely beautiful loads of restaurants and bars and a superb beach ,also had a drive into benidorm and alicante both 20 min either direction straight road easy ,tram station also takes u to anywhere u want 2 min drive away and supermarket also 2 min drive .would defo recommend for a more qt time with family i could not have asked for a better place to spend my 50th .

Absolutely incredible (if you're looking for quiet and suburban)

This property is completely amazing. Spacious, fantastically well equipped and the pool area is so family friendly. The only downside, and I do mean only, is that you need to be prepared for the location of the villa. There are 4 restaurants but they are all a 15 minute walk which includes a hill. There is one little shop, again 15 minutes up a hill. I definitely think that for most people this villa would be best if you hired a car. So not a negative at all, just something you should be aware of. We loved our stay and hope we will be able to come back again soon.

Espero volver pronto a pasar unas vacaciones allí. Gracias Nicole.
