La casa es preciosa y cómoda situada en el centro del pueblo a pocos metros de la playa, en una zona tranquila y sugerente. Está agradablemente amueblado, ofrece todas las comodidades y se compone de la siguiente manera: gran salón con cocina americana; Zona de noche: habitación doble, habitación doble, baño. La zona de cocina está excelentemente equipada con platos, vasos, cubiertos, tazas para té, café y leche, ollas, horno eléctrico, hervidor, tostadora, frigorífico-congelador, horno microondas, etc... Gran terraza semicubierta de 60 m2 CON HERMOSA VISTA AL MAR Y MONTAÑAS. La terraza está amueblada con mesa de jardín, sillas, hamaca, tumbonas y columpio. Ducha exterior con agua caliente. Parilla. Aparcamiento privado para un coche. El contexto y la zona de Cala Gonone son únicos por su belleza natural, donde el mar transparente, las montañas de piedra caliza blanca y los bosques siempre verdes hacen de cada rincón un verdadero y puro espectáculo de la naturaleza. Son característicos sus sugerentes rincones, las zonas al aire libre, donde la hospitalidad se expresa en los intensos sabores de la tierra y el mar y en las modernas instalaciones de alojamiento. Al aire libre y en el mar, bajo el claro cielo sardo y entre intensos aromas, se pueden practicar deportes y actividades en contacto con un entorno natural único.

Awesome location and great views from the porch. It was very spacious, would highly recommend anyone visiting Cala Gonone to stay here! Best spot we stayed on our two week trip. Lots of recommendations from the host.

Nice place in Cala Gonone

We enjoyed it. The place was as advertised, with all the basics were covered. The couple was very nice and welcomed us when we arrived. The location in the town was perfect.

Cala gonone

This was an excellent property. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Vito and Lina welcomed us on arrival, and came when we checked out. All properties should be as good as this one. Thank you very much Vito and Lina for enabling us to have a fantastic time there.

Holden visit

Lovely apartment in a great location. Hosts extremely helpful, even drove us to and from a restaurant in the countryside. Everything worked from AC to the guitar! Loved Sardinia.

Wonderful Break in Cala Gonone

We had a five day break in this property in late September. The location could not be better and the property was every bit as described and better than we expected. Vito the owner was very helpful and we really could not have asked for any more. Thank you very much for a great stay in a great property.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare Uta e Stefan. Giovani simpatici e cordiali che hanno avuto cura e rispetto della casa. Quando siamo andati per salutarli alla fine della loro vacanza,loro erano molto soddisfatti e i fiori della terrazza splendevano di colori. Grazie

Lovely apartment. Ideal location for enjoying the lovely town of Cala Galone and the east coast.

Great location to walk into the town and enjoy numerous bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach (take your own accessories) and the great boat trips. Supermarket just over the road for great convenience. Hiring a car is essential. The apartment is fine for two to four people. Be aware that it is facing a busy car park and access road so it can be quite noisy at times.

Just Amazing!!

The hosts, Vito and Lina, were extremely pleasant. They walked us through the house and suggested some great restaurants and beaches around the area. They told us where to go for the market. The house was in impeccable condition. We only have great things to say about the area, the house and Vito and Lina! Just an amazing experience. Grazie mille Vito e Lina. Arrivederci :)

A Vacation Spot Gem!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in vito and Lina’s home for a week. We cannot say enough good things about this flat. From the gorgeous view, spacious terrace, clean and tastefully decorated interior, everything was wonderful. There was a bonus of an outdoor hot water shower while you gazed at the splendid turquoise water, too!! Communication with Lina and Vito was so easy, in fact they are the kind of folks you meet and feel like you have known them forever. The flat is located above the postoffice and across the street from a grocery store and a quick easy walk to the sea and many great restaurants. There is plenty of privacy, yet close to everything! We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful flat. We will be back!

È stato un vero piacere ospitare Joann e Timothi due artisti pieni di sensibilità e energia. Fin dal primo momento hanno portato un’energia speciale : persone ordinate , rispettose, molto presenti, con le quali è stato interessante e piacevole comunicare. Persone capaci di cogliere e apprezzare l’anima del luogo. Hanno lasciato la casa in condizioni impeccabili, ma soprattutto hanno lasciato un segno umano e ispirante. Le loro parole, i loro sguardi curiosi e la loro capacità di trovare bellezza nei dettagli mi hanno fatto vedere la mia casa con occhi diversi. Spero di averli di nuovo come ospiti in futuro . Persone così arricchiscono l’esperienza di ospitare. Li consiglio caldamente a qualsi host.

Just great

First of all, Vito and his wife are great hosts. They provide you with all the information about your vacation. The apartment is spacious and everything you need is there. A supermarket is 100 m away and the city beach is approx. 400 m away. There is a parking space in front of the house. The highlight is the huge terrace with a brick barbecue, hammock and outdoor shower. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. We would go there again at any time and rent the apartment. Loved it!!

Lovely place - very well equipped. Vito exceptionally responsive to requests. Wishing we had researched enough that some he beautiful dream beaches are reachable mostly by boat or hiking. But the boat ride that we took along the coast and to some of the special places was very very nice. And the beaches in Cala Gonone were accessible by foot or car and were inviting and not at all crowded. Loved having that small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk that was amazingly well equipped with really high quality produce and also gluten free goods and more. And the spacious terrace with the plants and gorgeous view was a real treat in all kinds of weathers.... we had the great fortune to have 2 days of continuous rains which left the lands lush and green. A great vacation!!

Lovely Homely Accommodation

When we arrived Vito was waiting for us at the Post Office which was situated underneath the accommodation. Vito's a very kind natured person who gave us lots of information about the area and the apartment. The apartment had an exceptionally large balcony which overlooked the sea and town to the right, a carpark in front and the mountains to the left. We enjoyed watching the world go by eating our breakfasts on the balcony. Inside was 1 largish room which had the kitchen, Dining table and sofas in and then behind this room was the 2 bedrooms and bathroom with washing machine in and a door onto the pathway for the neighbours private access. The inside accommodation was quite dark but it had a homely feel and it is in a quiet area of Cala Gonone. There is a supermarket next to the carpark opposite which we used a lot. Down a slight hill towards the sea was the Marina (5mins walk) where you can hire a boat to visit the nearby beaches which are not accessible by car and they all seemed to give the same price EUR250 plus fuel (August) well worth it. Further on was the town (slight hilly in areas) with lots of restaurants and beaches. The beaches were pleasant (shingle & seaweedy) but not the best nearby by far. We drove to the nearby beach of Cala Cartoe (20 mins) which was sandy and beautiful but the drive was very precarious on steep small mountain roads. Cala Fuili is the nearest cove (10mins drive) but it is very busy so don't try and park as near as possible and contemplate a walk (5-10 mins) to the pass and then you will have to walk another 20mins down a steep mountain pass. Once there the beach is pebbly best to bring beach/water shoes, the water however was stunning as clear as glass well worth it trip. We are not to keen on sand so this beach was perfect except for the walk so we opted to drive here but use the very small rocky beach situated slightly before with paths down to it, I think locals use it (it was also stunning and clear). One of the days was raining so we decided to go via Olbia (shopping) then to Porto Rotonda (dinner) this took about 2 hours but Porto Rotonda was very nice and worth a trip. We also visited another nice sandy beach Cala Liberotto which was about 1 hour away, sadly all beaches are heaving with holidaymakers in August. We had a very relaxing holiday in Cala Gonone and you could easily stay here without the need of a car however we enjoy seeing other parts of Sardinia which you definitely need a car.

Abbiamo avuto il pacere di ospiare Nicola e La sua bella famiglia, persone cordiali, solari e simpatiche che hanno avuto cura e attenzione per la nostra casa, le nostre piante e i nostri fiori. Speriamo di poterli rincontrare e ospitare in una delle nostre case.

Eine sehr süße Unterkunft, nicht mehr ganz jung aber mit ganz viel Charme. In die Stadt rein ein Katzensprung. Die Gastgeber ganz herzliche Menschen. Wir waren uns sind begeistert. Der kleine Supermarkt gegenüber auch top. Wenn wir wieder nach Cala gonone kommen buchen wir wieder hier.

Très agréable séjour dans cette petite station balnéaire Logement spacieux propre bien équipé climatisé avec une très grande terrasse Très bien localisé au centre ville , tout se fait à pied , le port est à 3 minutes pour les excursions en bateau , très nombreux restaurants Mention spéciale à nos 2 hôtes Lina et Vito qui nous ont bien accueillis, d’une extrême gentillesse, d’une grande générosité , ils nous ont fournis de très bonnes recommandations pour les excursions , lieux à visiter et restauration . Bref un super séjour avec des hôtes formidables Adresse à recommander

Wir waren im Juli als Familie mit zwei Kindern in Cala Gonone und von der Lage der Ferienwohnung sowie der besonders netten Kommunikation mit Lina und Vito begeistert. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat einen guten Ausblick von der Terrasse/Balkon und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft. Es war wundervoll.

A really lovely place to stay. Host was very welcoming, gave us all the info we needed about facilities in and out of the flat. Gave us directions to the local supermarket and butchers, and answered all our questions. They also gave us lots of information about what to do in the area. It's a really peaceful part of town, just around the corner from everything you'd want from the area. The sunrise and sets are beautiful from the terrace, and we were very comfortable staying there. The flat was fitted out well. Cool air conditioning, a new oven, an outdoor grill and a good sized bathroom.We would happily return. Grazia!

Accuillis par les hôtes les plus sympathiques que j'aie pu rencontrer dans un appartement plus grand et charmant encore que sur les photosTout est super bien équipé (cuisine, serviettes dont celles de plage!) ,parfaitement localisé, au calme, proche des magasins, des restaurants, du port et de la belle plage.Immense terrasse avec bbq.Mille mercis encore pour votre accueil et vos conseils Lina et Vito!
