It is located on the third floor just few steps from St.Mark square and from the waterbuses stops that connect Venice to all the islands of the lagoon.

It is as a nice apartment and a good host. I didn't realize it was a 3rd floor walk up, tough with our luggage but a visitor helped us get it upstairs! The location is amazing, very close to everything: tourist attractions, transportation (waterbuses), and great restaurants!

The host Fernando communicated early with excellent details. He even met us at the taxi dock and walked us to the apartment. He showed us the amenities including how to use the washer and clothesline! The apartment is in a great location, very close to the dock and St Mark’s Square. The only thing I want to mention is there is no lift. You do need to carry your suitcase up 3 flights of stairs, but he discloses that information.

Great place with all you need .

This apartment was truly beautiful, and close to everything. I would recomend this highly to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful place for a great price.

Such a great property! The location is just steps from St Mark’s plaza and waterfront, yet you feel like a local with its off the beaten path address. Fernando met us at the water bus stop and showed us to the property upon arrival, he was super easy to communicate with and provided step by step instructions on getting there from the train station. The apartment is equipped with new appliances and fixtures, perfect for our 3 night stay.

Venice vacation

The apartment was in a wonderful location, so close to plaza San Marco and to nice restaurants and shopping. The owner met us when we arrived and led us to the apartment. It was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful flat in a perfect location!

We loved our stay here. Fernando was so kind to wait for us at the water taxi and walk us to the flat. Flat was comfortable and cozy. Literally a minute from St. Mark's square but on a quiet street so we weren't bothered by crowds or noise. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment.

Great location, a quiet haven in the heart of Venice and perfect for seeingthe city. The host provided excellent support, clear communications, directions and kindly met us at the boat taxi. Excellent facilities.

Fernando is the best!

Travel delays caused massive stress and lost half a day but Fernando was so gracious and worked with us on our VERY very late arrival. A/C worked great in the summer heat and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, highly recommend.

It is a very convenient location. The host is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for the size. The beds are not very comfortable.

Venice Apartment at St. Mark's Square

Fernando's apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. Location is near the busy St. Mark's Square and right by many of the popular tourist attractions. Place was clean and had everything we needed and Fernando greeted us and showed us the place upon arrival.

Location, Location, Host!

I can't imagine a better spot to stay in Venice. The location is excellent, and yet somehow the apartment is still a good size and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host - Fernando - was kind and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Nice and clean. Comfortable space with a great location. The apartment is located at the top of 4 flights of steep stairs. A microwave and a coffee pot are not available.
