This new construction 'green' home was built in 2014. It is conveniently located SOH, just 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. It includes a modern BBQ on a large outdoor deck off a spacious, fully appointed kitchen-perfect for entertaining. You can also enjoy conversation seating with water view from another deck situated off the living room area. The home is equipped with the latest entertainment technology including a bluetooth and WIFI enabled entertainment system (access YOUR music/videos via smartphone or tablet). All rooms are equipped with LCD SMART TV's. The Master Bedroom Suite features a steam shower and a private porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail when you need some 'quiet time'. This relaxing home has 2 outdoor showers, ample parking and is located within walking distance to LUNCH- Lobster Roll, The Clam Bar at Napeague and Cyril's restaurants.

Great place - great owner

House is exactly as described. Owner communication was top notch as was his response time. House was very well appointed. House was located walking distance to the beach which is key but it is on a major highway and alittle on the noisy side.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The house was exceptional. All the modern conveniences and comforts. All the decks and patio furniture would have been perfect if we had warmer weather. The beach was just beautiful.

Loved spending time there with family!

We had wonderful Mother’s Day weekend stay! Spending time with family was most important to me and being in a clean, spacious and comfortable home made it the best. We explored Montauk and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed having a nice dinner on the back deck and all had a good nights sleep. Thanks you to our hosts and I highly recommend staying here on your east end visit. Its the perfect location between Montauk and East Hampton and the Lobster Roll restaurant and Goldbergs is right down the street both right recommended as wel.

My family had the most wonderful week here. The home is beautiful and clean and has everything one would want/need. It is also in an incredible location - walk to the beach, short drive to Montauk! Highly recommend!

Great place!!

This is a great house and I will definitely be back. There is tons of outdoor space and the living space is huge and great for hanging out. The location is incredible — just a 5 minute walk from a great beach. The house is stocked with everything you need (including lots of beach stuff) and the host was very accommodating and responsive.

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful weekend we had in this beautiful, newly redone house. Everything was provided & nothing was missing. Short walk to the beach. Easy communication with the homeowner. Would stay again!

A nice week at the beach

We had a nice stay in Amagansett. The house was great layout for our group. Well equipped. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beach was really nice. Easy to get to montauk, amagansett and East Hampton so we had a lot of choices of places to eat. Host was communicative and easy.

Excellent stay in Napeague

My family and I stayed for a week and highly recommend this property. All of the bedrooms are downstairs and the upstairs living area gets great light (and sunset views). The house is well stocked with everything you might need and the owners are very responsive. Close to the beach and not far from either Amagansett or Montauk.

Best home I’ve ever rented

My group has been going out to the hamptons for years and Gerry’s house was the absolute best. The house has everything you could need and is walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking with Gerry again next year!

Another Great Stay

Beautiful house !

A couple of friends and I went up for a long weekend. The house has everything you need to relax and cook some great meals with friends and family. Short walk to the beach and Gerry answered all of my questions quickly and easily. Would love to visit again !

Perfect Beach Retreat

Beautiful updated beach home just 5 minute walk to one of Hampton’s best beach. Jerry was very responsive and helpful and his beach house was immaculate and very comfortable for our family. Great location - 5 minute drive to east hamton and Montauk. Only consideration is highway noise from route 27.
