This property has awesome direct Intracoastal waterway views with a boat dock, boat ramp, jet ski dock, heated pool w/ patio, bbq, & firebowl. You will really enjoy lounging poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees & turtles pass by. Adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from our property are tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and more. The boat ramp is very convenient for launching your watercraft just a few feet from our dock.
In the evening dine alfresco waterside while viewing the amazing sunsets or enjoying an outdoor fire.
This is a unique triplex building (3 units) that provides this apartment with much privacy.

Very desirable upscale north Palm Beach county location at the crossroads of
N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach.

It was Very nice. The place was very clean with everything that one would need for preparing your own meals. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. Also great views and fishing off the dock. The hosts were very nice and helpful in any questions I had.

Amazing place on the water

This is an amazing place to stay - pics don’t capture how beautiful and relaxing this place is. Highly recommend. Teri & Jim are very friendly and they provide everything you need.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. It was perfect. Came to play golf and visit friends in the area. The unit is well equipped and in a great area. We will definitely book again.

Will definitely like to stay again.

What a wonderful place located directly on the intercostal waterway. We very much enjoyed the movement of yachts heading north and south. The host, Teri and Jim, made us feel very welcome, and went out of their way to make the stay something to remember.We would highly recommend the property.

Fantastic Experience

From start to finish, this was one of our favorite stays. Beautiful spot on the inter-coastal with non stop boats to drool over. Pool was very clean and dock was fun to fish from. Proximity to shops was perfect. Unit was perfectly stocked and very clean. Terri and Jim responded to questions immediately and gave great recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

Stayed for 7 days in late April 2025. Absolutely LOVED this property: great location, the boat parade is real (!), the pool was wonderful; the home was very clean, very well cared for, and fully appointed with everything we needed; the owners were responsive; and we totally relaxed! We would stay again without thinking twice about it. One of our top VRBO experiences--for sure!! Thank you for a beautiful place to make a wonderful memory!!

Our Home Away from Home!

We stayed there last year and enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked again at the first of the year for the end of June. We stayed 10 days and it never disappoints! The owners are just wonderful people. The apartment is always so clean. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back next year! We take our boat and leave it on the dock and spend the biggest part of the time on the water. We only got in the truck once while we were there. We do it all on the water! Off-shore fishing was a lot of fun! Can't wait to go back to our home away from home!

Great location, fun boats

It was easy to get around all of the Palm Beach area. Carmine's gourmet market was a wonderful place for great food. We loved watching the boats go by and really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome week

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was really entertaining watching the boats of all sizes go by. It is close to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Several beautiful beaches are within a 10-15 minute drive. Also the traffic is much easier to navigate than if you went further south along the coast. Teri and Jim were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Great getaway!

A great home base for us while visiting family in Jupiter. The condo is very well equipped with all our needs for cooking as well as relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by on the Intercostal.

38th Wedding Anniversary surprise vacation

Some sun, some rain and a wonderful location resulted in a perfect vacation with my wife of 38 years. Quick drive from the airport to Costco and then to the rental. Well equipped kitchen with gas grill outdoors. So nice to relax in the pool and watch the intercoastal boat traffic go by. Looking forward to a return visit.

Amazing Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful time! Communication with property owners was great! The property was beautiful and very clean! Well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect! We will definitely be back in the near future! Could not ask for a better place to vacation! We didn’t want to leave!

Our Most Enjoyable Vacation Rental

This place is special and unique. The unit was perfect for us. We enjoyed the incredible view of the intercoastal as the big yachts passed by. The pool was great after a long day of being out and about. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach, multiple state and county parks and all of the uniqueness of Palm Beach County. The hosts were the nicest hosts we have encountered. We cannot wait to go back!

Perfect place for a couples stay

The perfect vacation rental

We were delighted to find this beautiful property on the intercoastal. The hosts were excellent and went out of their way to offer help with anything we needed. We brought our boat with us and the boat launch right next door was great. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more. This was one of our favorite rentals we have booked so far. Don't hesitate to book, you will be very happy you did. We will be back again! 10/10

We rent properties in the Jupiter area on VRBO on the intercoastal a lot , Terry and Jim’s property Is by far the best property we’ve ever rented, They are awesome host , Home is very well kept up very very clean well stocked with everything you’ll ever need, Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood , Beautiful pool, Privacy , Dock For boating is excellent shape very convenient with boat ramp being walking distance, and the view from the back door overlooking the pool and the intercoastal is breathtaking , I would highly recommend staying at their beautiful home. We are planning to book At their property often , Beautiful hidden gem!!

Florida living at it’s finest

Lovely one bedroom home just as advertised in the listing. The house was comfortable and clean. Open the back door and you can’t beat the view overlooking the intracoastal. I could have spent all day sitting in the pool and watching the boats pass by. Jim and Teri were great and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation in the area. Hope to make it back one day!

Awesome Time ~ Wonderful Place ~ Perfect Location

This was the perfect location and a great place in every way!!! We brought our boat and it really could not have been more convenient, from launching the boat to docking it, and everything in between. Storing our trailer was no problem at all and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. The boat launch is right next door, so simple!!! The unit was very clean. I’m probably a little picky about cleanliness and thankfully, this was a clean unit and I didn’t feel like I needed to sterilize everything. Bed was comfy and we slept great every night, better than we do at home! Plenty of fantastic places to eat close by and there is also a very nice public grocery store minutes away. We’ve love Jupiter and wish we would have found this rental sooner!!! We will definitely be back!
