This property has awesome direct Intracoastal waterway views with a boat dock, boat ramp, jet ski dock, heated pool w/ patio, bbq, & firebowl. You will really enjoy lounging poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees & turtles pass by. Adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from our property are tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and more. The boat ramp is very convenient for launching your watercraft just a few feet from our dock.

In the evening dine alfresco waterside while viewing the amazing sunsets or enjoying an outdoor fire.

Area Information

This is a desirable upscale North Palm Beach county location in a very safe neighborhood. The property is a unique triplex (3 units) with outside security cameras. Located at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach.

Direct 3 miles to I-95 & FL Turnpike, 15 minutes from Palm Bch. Int'l. Airport and only a two miles to the beautiful beaches of Singer Island and Juno Beach. Minutes to beautiful Garden's Mall, many wonderful open-air shopping promenades, several terrific restaurants and golf courses, including PGA National. This is the perfect vacation destination. Teri and Jim's apartment on the intracoastal is the perfect place to relax. They are great hosts providing all the essentials. The area is close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Juno Beach is a short drive away.Thank you Teri and Jim for a lovely vacation.

This property is even better than the pictures. Well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor loungers, pool, waterway scenery, and beautiful sunsets can not be beat! Conveniently located close to all kinds of dining and the baseball parks for Spring training. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely return!

Great stay

We’ve stayed here several times and will continue to make this our first choice. Jim and Teri are so accommodating and great hosts! The condo is in a perfect location and is very clean and comfortable.

The place was perfect. Right on the waterway. It was clean and the pool/ outdoor space was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend it. The owners were available if need be.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. It was perfect. Came to play golf and visit friends in the area. The unit is well equipped and in a great area. We will definitely book again.

It was Very nice. The place was very clean with everything that one would need for preparing your own meals. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. Also great views and fishing off the dock. The hosts were very nice and helpful in any questions I had.

Great location, fun boats

It was easy to get around all of the Palm Beach area. Carmine's gourmet market was a wonderful place for great food. We loved watching the boats go by and really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting on the Juno Beach section of the Intracoastal Waterway in a quiet neighborhood. A spacious one bedroom unit of a triplex at a price in the same range as local hotels so a great value. I reserved for a Monday to Thursday stay.Didn't meet Teri face to face but we talked and texted. She was always pleasant and when I asked her if I could extend my stay for an extra day, she was very agreeable. I had two instances where they both went above and beyond.First, I somehow locked myself in one morning and had to go out the patio door and around the unit to attend a meeting. Left her a message and ten minutes later she texted and said she had opened it. Remarkable service.On Wednesday morning, two days after getting my car washed in Tequesta, inside and out, I discovered bird droppings all over the hood of my car. Though I would take care of it later that day. When I went to go out in the evening, the car was clean. Jim had cleaned it off and told me there was a bird who nested it the tree and suggested I move the car. Problem solved. And a great (and rare) example of hands on customer service.I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful place to retreat.12 stars!

Will definitely like to stay again.

What a wonderful place located directly on the intercostal waterway. We very much enjoyed the movement of yachts heading north and south. The host, Teri and Jim, made us feel very welcome, and went out of their way to make the stay something to remember.We would highly recommend the property.

Great getaway!

A great home base for us while visiting family in Jupiter. The condo is very well equipped with all our needs for cooking as well as relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by on the Intercostal.
