Amazing West Lake Okoboji Home! Location, Location, Location!!!
This beautiful remodeled West Okoboji home is perfect for a family vacation or just a fun weekend getaway! You can enjoy views of beautiful West Lake Okoboji from every room of the house or enjoy them on the very large patio and deck! The house is located on Smiths bay of West Lake Okoboji and offers amazing sunset and sunrise views!! You are only steps away from the famous Arnolds Park Amusement park, the Central Emporium and all of the shopping and restaurant's the lakes area has to offer. From your private patio and deck you can watch the fireworks shooting over the lake or sip on a cocktail as the boaters, skiers and water boarders go by. Outside, you have a private dock and stairs that lead into a private swimming area. Sit in the sun, fish, or just hang out on the dock! This home was built with family in mind and can sleep up to 20-23 comfortably. The house is great for family vacations, reunions, or events!
The upstairs of the house has great lake views and 6 newly remodeled bedrooms and a brand new bathroom with dual vanity sinks! The living room or finished basement are perfect for games, movies or a round of cards. The main floor has a brand new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steal sink. The kitchen has a large center island for the family to gather around and the kitchen and dining room are an open concept layout. So the cook can view the lake and not have to worry about missing out on the fun and entertainment while they cook! There is also a fully furnished and finished basement with a bonus room and tv/game room for the kids!
The front yard also has a fire pit to sit around and tell stories or enjoy some smores! The property also has a gas grill for cookouts.
Also we recently added a water slide at the end of the dock for your enjoyment.
Nearby boat ramp for putting your boat in and out of the water or marina for boat rentals, jet skis or sailboats. Restaurants, amusement park, water park and public beaches are all close by.
This property is not on the canal or harbor but located directly on west okoboji.
**Note** The dock is usually put in the end of May and taken out mid October. If renting be aware of these dates if having a dock is important.

There's so much to love about this beautiful property--so much so that this was our third visit in five years! The dock is perfect for those who want to spend their lake vacation in the water, and the fact that the house is walking distance to everything Arnold's Park has to offer is great for those who would rather relax on land. We'll definitely be back yet again!

Property is spacious, well maintained and has all of the essentials you could ask for during a stay. The outdoor space is gorgeous with the slide being the perfect perk for kids and adults alike. Owner is very responsive to messages. Can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect spot that combines everything you need for a large group! The location was right next to downtown and had enough beds for all 10 of us. Plenty of parking as well for a lot of cars.

Host was great, directions for entering and exiting were easy and direct. Location for Winter Games were great! Could walk to lots of activities, restaurants and bars. Lots of bedrooms and beds and beautiful views.

Great property on beautiful lake

Great stay! Dock was perfect for walking down and fishing. Very relaxing time, which is what we were looking for 🙂

I purchased this property with family vacations in mind! I grew up around the lakes area my entire life and I wanted our two little boys to have the same amazing lake experiences as I did growing up. The home has been completely remodeled over the past couple years and everything is brand new! From the floors to ceiling everything has been completely re-done.

Location, Location, Location!! This home is located directly on the lake. This home is located next to fillenworth beach and the central emporium. You are only two blocks away from all the fun, restaurants and night life!! And you are only four blocks away from the amusement park!! I honestly don't think you can get a better location. You have amazing panoramic sunset views! You can sit and watch the fireworks from the comfort of your own private patios and dock!
