Located just a stones throw away from the South fork of the majestic Clearwater River in Stites, the Idaho Sportsman Lodge is the destination for all of your outdoor adventures.

Established in 2008, we are open year-round and offer several different lodging packages, depending on the size of your party. We offer 4 spacious units available to rent either nightly or weekly. Each unit is fully-furnished and accentuated by local artwork and hand-made furniture. Every unit is over 800 square feet and sleeps up to 8 people. You will relax and enjoy yourself within the comfort of spacious vaulted ceilings in the living room, a full-sized kitchen, a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs, as well as a loft with its own bathroom and several beds. Whether you are here for the great attractions like big game-fishing; hunting; whitewater rafting and kayaking on the Middle Fork, Selway, and Lochsa rivers; or even casting your own expedition in the country once traversed by Lewis and Clark; you will feel revitalized by the beauty of the Clearwater Valley and the luxury and comfort of the Idaho Sportsman Lodge.

Perfect in every way

This was a great place to spend a few days. The bed was very comfortable, the place is super clean, had everything we needed. If we make it back this way, it is the only place we’ll stay.

Perfection

We had our first visit to the small town of Stites for a family reunion and were told to stay here. What we found was a cute little cabin with all the amenities of home. The owner met us on our arrival to let us in and filled us in on where to eat, shop, etc... The price was so much cheaper than expected for what they offer. I highly recommend staying here! You won't be disappointed

Clean and comfortable

Everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was about as easy as it gets. Staircase to loft is not for older individuals or very young children. It’s very steep. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great little place!

Loved the cabin. Only downside was that you could hear people walking up and down stairs in other units all night long. It was amazing how loud it was.

Great place for fishing trip

This place is right in the heart of Idaho and is perfect for a one night stop over or for a couple week's stay. Easy access from the main street.

Unexpected charges.

I visited Idaho to have Thanksgiving with my mother. The owner came I'm halfway thru and charged me an extra 140 to let my mom crash for Thanksgiving. He said that he accidentally left the door to the upstairs bedroom and that we had to pay for using the bed. Had we even known that was extra we would have gladly not used the room. Overall we actually left the place cleaner then it was when we got there and he still wanted to charge us. The neighbors were up all hours of the night and lighting fireworks. I was disappointed because the add was not detailed and we felt untrusted by the owners. He also added an extra cleaning fee even though we had already paid one.

Beautiful condo

The property was extremely nice beyond expectations, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Unfortunately fires all over the state made the smoke unbearable. We will be back though!

Perfect, for us

The cabin was perfect for our stay, but if we had more fragile individuals with us, I would not trust them on the stairs. There is one queen bed and a full bath on main and one queen bed, two sets of bunk beds and half bath upstairs. We love that it had a washer and dryer too!

Perfect cabin

This cabin is so beautiful. It's comfortable, easy to cook and serve meals. The TV was large and modern with lots of streaming choices. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was large and relaxing. Thank you for providing a great place to stay.

Great lodge!

The stay here was amazing, Troy was really easy to get ahold of and the house was perfect! Only small gripe, is there needs to be more paper towels haha.
