Such a great stay! Marsha and Dr Aarons were super helpful and responsive for questions. It was the perfect location and community for our little family (3kids, 4,3&1) and dogs. The pool was ideal with the kiddos and Marsha made sure it was heated prior to our arrival. Couldn’t of asked for a better stay for the holidays and felt so safe in the briarwood community.

Thank you Dianne for taking time to review your stay at my home. You and your family are welcome to stay again any time you are in Naples. You scored 5 stars in ALL rating categories. Follows house rules should have been 5 stars but there was no way to edit even if accidentally hit and submitted. I did contact VRBO and they were to contact me but that has not happened. I hope this helps. Thanks again Marsha

Manicured, Quiet, Gated Community

Originally, we planned this Naples trip in April 20' but had to postpone because of the pandemic. We were so happy to find this house available in 2021. So well-appointed, with a pool and permitted our Maltese dog who loved watching the ducks, geckos and rabbit. A nice quiet, central Naples location for our needs, where the Aarons are great hosts!

Thank you Lauri for taking time to submit a review of your stay. It always amazes me how quiet and relaxing it is to sit on the lanai and watch the life on the lake. I'm glad your little pup had fun watching the ducks, geckos and rabbits. I hope if you come to Naples again you will stay at our home.

Wonderful stay in Briarwood

Marsha was a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. We have stayed in the gated community of Briarwood several times previously, but this is the first time in this villa. The property is well maintained and was very well stocked with kitchen cupboard essentials and pool floats, which the kids were thrilled with. The master bed is very comfortable and has a huge bathroom and walk in closet. The view from the lanai and pool is serene and very relaxing. We hope to return to this property again in future. I highly recommend both the host and the villa.

A Great Place to Stay

Enjoyed everything about this home. Exquisite charm, Beautiful spacious lanai and pool area. Comfortable beds and very clean. Beach chairs and umbrella available even though they do not show them in the online pics. Marsha is very accommodating and a quick response communicator whenever we reached out. The home is in a quiet area of the community, very low traffic with beautiful homes everywhere. The home has all you need in utensils, bbq, cookware and ice maker. Thank you Marsha for being such an hospitable host!!!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay in the house. Nice location! Great property manager! We had a problem with the air conditioner upon arrival at the house. But the manager, Marsha, quickly solved the problem. She responded very quickly to all requests. The owner of the house gave us an extra day because we got caught in the hurricane here. That was so sweet!
