Had this been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have promptly arranged an additional cleaning service if necessary, as we regularly do whenever guests express a concern. Likewise, we would have been happy to address any other issues or requests that may have arisen during your stay. We also take note of your comments regarding the storage space in the wardrobes and will consider possible improvements for future guests. However, we would like to point out that the property’s location, surrounded by nature, as well as the access road and the distance from local amenities, are clearly described in the listing and are characteristic features of both the accommodation and the Ligurian landscape. We were therefore surprised by the overall rating of 2 out of 5, as we do not feel it fully reflects the experience described in your review, particularly considering the positive aspects you mentioned and the fact that no concerns were communicated during your stay, which would have given us the opportunity to address them promptly.
