Charming Casa by the picturesque Sea of Cortes

Thank you, Ernesto, so glad you and family enjoyed your stay. :)

Hi Greg – Thank you for booking a stay at our villa. We are very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with the villa amenities. We were not aware that upon your arrival the cleanliness was not up to standards based on the issues you mentioned. This has never been the case for any of our stays If you wouWe do also apologize again that the dishwasher needed to be replaced during your stay, as we recognize that this caused an inconvenience. We tried to expedite the process to replace the dishwasher but unfortunately due to slower supply chains because of the pandemic (and because typically things take longer to ship in Baja) the fastest we could get a quality replacement was 2 weeks. We will be replacing the BBQ brush and we apologize that the one at the villa was melted and the grill was not clean. This has not been the case for any of our prior stays and we’re giving feedback to our cleaning staff to ensure that the BBQs are clean. This is our second home, so we typically do not keep it fully stocked with laundry detergent and full-size shampoo/conditioners/soaps. We will make that more clear in our profile so that guests can plan accordingly for their stays. While we don’t typically provide these items, we have various places that we can recommend to guests where they can purchase any additional items they’ll need for their stay. We are glad to hear that you found the villa to be nicely furnished and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Again, we are very sorry that the other issues affected your stay and hope that you enjoyed your overall experience at Loreto Bay.
