Rare 2 plus Bonus Room No Sleeping in the Living Room, Steps to Fanny Hill

If you're looking for convenience, affordability, all with top end finishes then this condo is just for you. A gorgeous kitchen with plenty of counter space you will find everything you need. The living room features a 50 ' smart TV along with a linear fireplace. View the upper runs of High Alpine from the dining room . One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other can be used either as a King or two twins. All beds come with a deluxe down comforter and each bedroom has a HDTV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is perfect for kids. We call it "The Sleeper Car " as in that's all you do in there. Designed ideally for kids so no more putting them to bed in one of the bedrooms only to have to carry them back out to the dreaded living room sleeper sofa . The kids enjoy also having their own little hideaway so not always having to be in the same room. This unit has the fastest internet connection possible with 50 Mb per sec. as well as booster for complete coverage. Each of the two showers are tiled and the radiant heated tile floors is are marvelous. The slopes are just a 3 minute walk without having to make any big elevation changes. In fact it used to be ski in an out before the heated walk ways were installed. There is private parking right at the unit which is not always the case with so many of the units here, but you really don't need your car as everything is walking distance or you can take the free buses practically anywhere you need to go including all other mountains and the town of Aspen itself . For those expert skiers seeking a truly unique experience I can offer back country skiing should conditions allow . Prices are quoted 4 days prior. See pics of past guests.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay! The condo is so convenient and so well stocked. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Craig was proactive in reaching out to make sure everything was going well. This is the best place we’ve stayed in Snowmass, and it will be the first place we check for availability in the future! Cannot wait to come back!

Loved the location. Bus stop was right outside door. Once we got some snow we could almost ski in/out with very few steps to the village express lift and sky cab. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very well appointed. This was a 4 lady trip and we had plenty of room! Would love to return!

Great place to stay

Our family felt completely at home during our stay there. The decorating was warm and inviting the beds were super comfortable surroundings very enjoyable we would definitely stay at this location again I highly recommend it.!

Great spot, car optional. Craig has all the staples covered- sunscreen, hot tub towels, toiletries, etc. Excellent vacation!

Great location, very comfortable

It's clear that the owners love and take good care of this condo. It is updated with modern bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds, all a short walk away from the slopes. Would love to stay here again!

Great location; very well maintained.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and love the easy access to Village Express and all of the restaurants at the Mall and Village. Unit is extremely well maintained and Craig makes some upgrade every year.

Fantastic condo

The condo was as advertised and it worked out perfect for me, my brother and dad. The location is great and has good access to the mountain along with snowmass mall and base village. I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future

Perfect location and beautiful condo.

Loved staying here. The condo had everything we needed. Location is a easy 2min walk to the lifts. Craig was very helpful with all arrangements! Highly recommend staying here!

Unit is an easy walk to base lifts and also near the Mall. Nicely renovated.

Well appointed & thought-out condo. Need handwarmers? They got them. Need a frying pan? Need salt? They got them. Chargers? Games? They have it all. Pros: Clean, cozy, close to mountain, good communication. Lots of clever storage options for gear. Cons: Hot tub outside required effort and wasn't very hot. King bed was a combo of twin beds - not the most comfortable. Tech was good, not great.

Glad to know that we had the essentials for you Gene. One of the disadvantages of not having onsite management is that the hot tub is self service and we rely on the various guests at the complex to open and perhaps more importantly close the cover when done to ensure a 104 temp. Doesn't always happen unfortunately. We use the double single beds to allow all of our guests the flexibility of a single bed ( split king ) or the two twins . Hopefully next time you can "win" the other bedroom . Thanks for your input and feedback . Cheers Craig

Nice Snowmass stay

This was our second stay and it was as nice as the first. Easy access to the Village lift at Snowmass and comfortable for a family of 5. The heated tile floors and well equipped kitchen were terrific. We enjoyed the board games after skiing, as well as the new fireplace. Thanks Craig for another great stay.

Hi , I have been enjoying this condo for more years than I can think. I spend most of my summers here and come ski when my grandchildren are out of school.

This condo has just been remodeled from ceiling to floor, and I think you will find that the small increase in rate compared to the other units is more than worth it. We have provided top quality finishes and little added features you just don't find elsewhere. There is tile entry with radiant heated floors, USB ports at the kitchen counter for your laptops as well as in the bunkroom for the kids so they can 'hideout' and use their devices too ! A charging station for your phones, cameras, etc.. right next to your helmets so they are ready to go when you are. DVD player and a full surround system for movie night. Hi speed internet provided at the fastest speed available. Dimmer lights everywhere.
