Moose Comfortable Vacation Rentals is a HIDDEN TREASURE waiting for you to discover. You can relax in luxury and begin your Alaskan adventure.

This particular listing is for our SALMON RUN SUITE, however, we offer 3 new, totally private, Alaskan themed suites.

These suites can easily sleep from 4 to 14.
Cozy Moose sleeps 4, with an open floor plan - VRBO# 674142

Salmon Run sleeps up to 6, with an open floor plan - VRBO# 670030

Lazy Bear and Salmon Run are adjoining suites and can easily accommodate larger groups. All the suites have a rustic elegance decor with All the Comforts of Home. We have panoramic views of Pioneer Peak, the Chugach mountain range, and the Knik Glacier. Surrounded by woods, there are trails galore to take a leisure stroll and a peaceful meadow to enjoy. We are minutes away from 5 lakes, all stocked with fish. So grab your fishing poles and enjoy the day! Whether a small gathering, or a family reunion, come make our home the start of your Alaskan adventure.

Salmon Run was an excellent choice for our stay in Palmer. We attended a family wedding nearby and this villa was a perfect choice. Every detail to the villa was incredible, and as fellow VRBO property renter, we were very impressed with the tidiness and level cleanliness of this property. We highly recommend your future stay at this property.

Loved our stay in Salmon Run for nearly two weeks while visiting family in Alaska. Very convenient location to the State Fair and downtown Palmer. Very cozy accommodations with a cute fishing theme. Felt like we were in a log cabin. Comfortable furnishings. Front porch looks out onto a valley with a beautiful red barn. Did not see the moose family unfortunately. Would definitely recommend.

We were really lucky to find Salmon Run in Palmer, AK! It was the perfect size for two of us… basically one big room with a bedroom, living room area with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. High ceilings and very clean! The hosts, Johnnie and Donna were very accommodating and always replied immediately if we had questions. They covered all of the amenities needed!It was nice to wake up to or have a glass of wine and look out on the beautiful property. The location was perfect and close to groceries, restaurants, and hikes! I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location and beautiful setting. The Salmon Run suite fit our needs perfectly. It was centrally located with easy access to everything we needed. It had everything needed for us to stay and cook comfortably. It was extremely clean and we could not hear the individuals next door. We felt very safe and the property was very well maintained. Stayed around the world and this Vrbo property is top of the list. Not a single thing to complain about or recommend to improve.

We came to Palmer with friends and family for our daughter’s wedding. Our stay was wonderful! The units were clean, comfortable and had everything we could ask for. The view is amazing too!

EXCELLENT STAY! We have stayed in both Laxy Bear and Salmon Run and both experiences have been perfection! The room is so clean and comfortable. It has everything that you could possibly need! We will stay here every time that we come to the Palmer area!

Amazing Everything!

The stay was incredible! The view was amazing, the location was perfect, the suite was cozy and comfortable for all of us, and the extras were appreciated! We will definitely look to stay here again as we hope to return for more visits in the future!

This has to be one of the best places that we have stayed at. The place is gorgeous and so is the view. Very clean, very quiet very comfortable. Thank you for a beautiful relaxing stay!

Great setting to enjoy the clean air of Alaska. Highly recommend!

Had a great time here with my nephew. This location is a bit out of Anchorage, and closer to some of the great outdoor locations such as Denali. Wonderful location, had a great time. Clean surroundings, nicely decorated. Absolutely recommend this location! Wish I'd been able to spend a couple of weeks!

Quiet Getaway

The property had everything you could need. The design was very well thought out. Our hosts were great! It was quiet with a nice view of the mountains. Location was also great. Close to so many things to do. Will definitely rebook!!!!I highly recommend this property!!!

Great stay in a Comfortable property

We were in Palmer to attend a family funeral service and injoyed th quiet and calm. My brother and his wife stayed there a couple of years ago while visiting us (we were spending the summer with family in Palmer) so had an opportunity to see the property before hand. We highly recommend this property to all, and will stay there again. Jon and Gwen.

Wonderful Gracious Hosts

We ended up having a family emergency and were unable to use our reservation here, as we had to leave the state. Johnnie and Donna graciously and kindly worked with VRBO and us to provide us with a full refund. Would love to stay here in the future and we would encourage others to stay with these fine hosts.

Quiet, Cozy and Comfortable

We had a quick trip down to Palmer for just two nights. Last year we stayed at Lazy Bear, the unit next door. I love Salmon Run! For us it was perfect! Loved that it was quiet and had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed and bedding was so nice and comfortable. The property is well maintained and clean. Highly recommend! We will be back I am sure. Next year, same time, same place! (I hope)

I made a mistake with the dates of our rental and we got there late, but the property owner was flexible and we got it worked out smoothly. The property itself was a dream. Spacious, well-lit, clean, a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, blackout shades on the window (although the window in the door could use something more), a washer and dryer, etc. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with it and highly recommend it!
