The property was very well appointed, comprehensively equipped, and very clean throughout. There was ample space and a wonderful garden area with a well-maintained pool and comfortable patio area which was shaded during the (hot) days and well lit in the evening. The inside was airy and quiet at night.Jakov was an excellent, responsive, and helpful host. The location of the property was superb, just a 10 minute walk to the incredible amphitheatre and the wide variety of excellent restaurants in the centre of Pula. I'd highly recommend the property and Pula as a destination.

Gorgeous property, friendly accomodating host, perfect location

In summary Jakov's Villa was perfect for my stay with my grown up family. Spacious with lots of facilities. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, preparing meals and eating together on the terrace. The pool was just right for a cool down dip. The villa is located so close to the town, not much more than a stone's throw from the beautiful amphitheatre. Pula has lots to investigate, history, eateries, shopping, and beaches and entertainment easily accessible on cheap good public transport not too far away. Jakov and his wife were the perfect hosts, super friendly, responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accomodation, and will definitely return. ❤️

Very good stay
