In the gently rolling Bourbon county hills between Paris and Cynthiana, travelling down a gated crunchy gravel drive a red barn comes into view – a surprising hideaway.

Unexpected, modern serenity awaits you on the other side of the traditional barn doors. A bright, airy, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a high ceiling all feels uncluttered, chill, and inviting. Relax and let the vibe envelop you. Underfloor heating keeps things cozy on cold nights, while central air-conditioning and ceiling fans ensure comfort in the summer.

Multiple sun-drenched windows offer far reaching pastoral views and amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outside patio, fire pit and sitting areas bring you even closer to the natural beauty of the land and are a perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or tea, or to chill with friends and enjoy today’s Bourbon treasures.

Great Stay!

We stayed for the weekend for Breyerfest. I had teenage girls with me. The host checked in on us and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The property had everything we could think of! We plan to stay against next year. Great place to stay!

Just wonderful!!!

We loved staying at the barn. Everything was just perfect for us - lacking nothing. Gwen is a spectacular host and thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The place is just stunning. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog with us who just absolutely loved taking morning and evening walks around the property. This was even better than we hoped it would be. We'd definitely stay here again and hope to soon!

Relax and Unwind

Gwen's barn was the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The barn was clean and comfortable in a scenic rural setting not far from town. Gwen is a lovely host who was quick to communicate and answer any questions we might have. Directions to the barn were easy and check in was a breeze!

A relaxing stay at The Barn!

This property is so peaceful and fun. We enjoyed the sounds of spring birds and the occasional cow. The barn is so well designed and has anything you might need during your stay. We loved it.

Best Get Ready Place

I got married at the farm next door and it was the perfect place to get ready and then have my wedding night after. Check in was super easy. She gave plenty of instruction for check in and check out plus a personal number for any questions. Plenty of space and had so many upgraded appliances but manuals to explain everything!

Weekend Getaway

Another great stay at Deva’s Farm. Great hospitality, property manager checks in to make sure everything is in order. Very great attention to detail, everything you need in one spot. If you are traveling with pets, they have everything you need. We have stayed here multiple times, and this is our favorite place to stay. We can’t wait to make another trip!

The best location for a perfect girls trip

This is my second time staying at Deva Farm and it’s perfect. The host thinks of everything and the property is gorgeous. A quick 15 minute drive into Paris KY is a must. Thanks Gwen for having us and we will see you again!

Family stay for wedding

Our whole family loved staying at the barn for a wedding in the area. The property is beautiful and the barn is immaculate and has everything you would need. Plenty of space for the kids to play outside. Gwen and her husband Mark were always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. They were welcoming and made us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Thank you Gwen and Mark!

Love it here!

Beautiful barn and view!

This place is amazing! The barn is beautiful, you walk in and you can’t believe you’re in a barn. It has everything you could need and it was spotless. Gwen is an amazing host and offered to help with recommendations for the area. The only bad thing was that we only stayed two days. Would love to come back if we’re ever traveling to Kentucky again.

Girlfriend getaway

Wonderful escape property for a long-overdue excursion. Perfect for a long weekend with a focus on relaxation and great company. Gwen was so helpful leading up to our stay - I’m sorry that we didn’t get to meet her, but she was a wonderful host nonetheless.

Loved The Barn!

The barn was just perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Sunrises on the patio with coffee, sunsets around the fire pit with wine. This place is great for some solitude without having to drive hours away to find it. And if you’re not looking for solitude, entertainment options are not far away. The owner, Gwen, provides you with everything you would think you’d need. She’s got it all covered to make you feel right at home. Her hospitality can be felt in even the smallest details and her communication was impeccable. This was our 2nd stay here and we’d love to go back!

Relaxing Getaway

The Barn at Deva's was great, it had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Our dog loved running around and exploring the property, including meeting some cows on the neighbors farm. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, quiet place to stay while in KY. Gwen was a super gracious host.

Perfect holiday retreat

Our family came from several directions to convene in KY for a Thanksgiving retreat. Our goals included downtime, family, food, and comfort. Our expectations were exceeded, plus the added bonus of some of the most beautiful countryside imaginable. Our host was kind and a pleasure to work with. We are happy to know about "The Barn" and will return soon.

Perfect retreat from events in the Horse Park

The best appointed cabin/barn we have stayed in with land to walk the dogs. Superbly situated for the Horse Park, the barn was a delightful retreat from the R3DE. Gwen, the host, is clever at gauging the need for interaction - but always available if needed. I strongly reccomend The Hartfield Distillery in Paris.
