Very well equipped immaculate cottage but it was spoilt by net curtains all along the front of the sitting room. We had not expected so much glass and the photograph misrepresented this fact by successfully hiding this. We would have preferred a firmer mattress and neatly ironed duvet and pillow cases. However we have enjoyed exploring the area and the nearness of Filey and Bempton.

Lovely clean cottage in a great location
We had a lovely week staying in Filey Cottage. It was immaculately clean and comfortable and in a great location for walking in to Filey either along the road or through footpaths. Also convenient for exploring the coast and the North York moors. We absolutely fell in love with Filey and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay
We had a lovely stay and the hosts were very helpful. Beautiful beach and lots of other attractions around. Just a note to say most of the local takeaway/ deliveries are cash only. The WiFi was very unreliable so expect to hotspot your phone but this is stated in the property description. All in all we were very happy with our stay.
