Great location - central to golfing, dining, shopping outings! 4 bedroom, 4 bath accommodations - great for 3-4 couples with their own bedroom and bathroom (which is hard to find). Outstanding lake view with comfortable outdoor seating and heat lamps as needed. Well equipped kitchen - recommend more empty cabinet/pantry space for guests to store their food items.

We had a great stay at Berry Patch. Everything came as advertised. Great views from back deck/yard. Fire table was a huge hit. Very clean and well kept property. Comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked. House is very easy walk to downtown invermere ans farmers market .Will book it again.

Excellent location with amazing views. The home is spacious, with various hang out spaces, making it perfect for a group gathering. We made use of puzzles, books, games and the big screen. We also enjoyed spending time on the deck, taking in the mountain and lake views and grilling on the bbq. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes, grocery store, etc

The property was exactly as shown on VRBO with everything you need. It was conveniently located a short walk from downtown for shopping, parks and shops. A short drive for groceries and other amenities. A short, scenic drive to Radium Hot Springs and Golden for attractions like the Skywalk, a worthwhile trip.

Great place to stay with a big family.

The property is exactly what is in the photos, the spaces were large and extremely comfortable.Beds, couches etc... were in great condition and very comfortable. Bathrooms were a very roomy.Kitchen had everything needed to cook the table provided space for everyone.The front deck was very nice and such a great view !!!Having 2 different areas for TV/games was great for the kids to watch/play and adults to have their space.It was about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area with the restaurants and shops.
