Holiday with Friends

We stayed there for one Week and rented all four apartments. The villa was even nicer than on the pictures. Ingrid is a very very nice host and took care on all requests from our side. All in all we had a really great time there and recommend the villa.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus von Ingrid! Sie ist eine super liebe Vermieterin und kümmert sich um alle Angelegenheiten sofort, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Es sieht alles genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut gepflegt. An den Strand kann man in 20 Minuten laufen, ist sehr zu empfehlen, da es eine sehr ruhige und traumhafte Bucht ist. Der Steinbruch/das Zementwerk hat uns keineswegs gestört. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall sehr weiterzuempfehlen und hat eine optimale Größe und Aufteilung für 10-12 Personen.

Was sollen wir sagen? Unser Urlaub in der Villa Shanti war einfach traumhaft!Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist wunderschön, blitzsauber und mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, dass man merkt, wie wichtig den Gastgebern das Wohl ihrer Gäste ist. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts.Der Pool war für uns das absolute Highlight. Egal ob morgens die erste Runde schwimmen, tagsüber mit den Kindern planschen oder abends den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen – wir haben jede Minute dort genossen. Auch der Garten und die gesamte Außenanlage sind einfach wunderschön und unglaublich gepflegt.Die Lage ist perfekt. Man genießt die Ruhe und ist trotzdem schnell an den schönsten Orten Istriens. Ob Rabac, Labin oder die vielen traumhaften Buchten – alles ist in ca.15 erreichbar. Ein riesiges Dankeschön möchten wir den Gastgebern aussprechen. So herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit erlebt man es wirklich selten. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie bei Freunden.Wir haben als Familie unvergessliche Tage verbracht und nehmen viele wunderschöne Erinnerungen mit nach Hause. Es war einer dieser Urlaube, bei denen die Zeit viel zu schnell vergeht und man schon bei der Abreise weiß: Wir kommen wieder!Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit. Die Villa Shanti können wir von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Wer einen entspannten, stilvollen und rundum perfekten Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag der pure Genuss !!! Bei Fragen konnte man jederzeit auf die Gastgeberin zählen. Die Location ist hervorragend.... Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Jahr !!!

Villa Shanti ist eine hochwertig ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin Ingrid ist sehr sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Poolhaus ist genial. So macht Urlaub Spaß. Sehr gerne wieder

Luxury house, luxury service

We (a family of 10 - 3 generations from 1,5 to 60 years) spend 2 weeks in Villa Shanti in the summer of 2020. We arrived with high expectations, and they were more than met in this wonderful house. The house and the contents of the house – from kitchen equipment over the beds to the pool – were of very high quality. Also it must be mentioned that the service we received from Ingrid from the start of the booking to the end of our holiday were extraordinary. Any questions were answered within hours (or even minutes), and when we one day encountered problems with the air-condition in one of the rooms, a technician was ordered right away and showed up the next morning at 9 o’clock. Air-con couldn’t be fixed, but before the end of the day, it had been replaced! Last I will emphasize that we had booked the house in the midst of a Corona-time. Which meant that we – 1,5 months before arrival – were impacted of new restrictions for travelling issued by the Danish authorities. We contacted Ingrid – was it possible at this late stage and due to those very special conditions of Corona-pandemi to cancel the booking? We promptly received the message: “Of course, I understand”, and the money were transferred back to us immediately. Luckily the restrictions for travelling were lifted, so we could go and spend two fantastic weeks in Villa Shanti

Zu der Villa kann man nicht viel sagen! Sie ist wirklich TOP und lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Der einzige Nachteil - man muss zum guten Strand etwas weit laufen oder fahren)

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Shanti. The house is very well maintained and clean. About 15 minutes walk is a beautiful bay, which was only visited by us. Ingrid is a heartfelt human and is always available as soon as questions arise. Thank you for everything Ingrid and see you next time :)

great place in Kroatie, feels like home

This Villa is perfect for 3-4 families, renting the complete complex. you still have seperate Apartments to be also private, but also a superb kitchen, eating area where 12 or even more people can cook, eat and sit there directly at a big pool. There is a wonderful beach, not crowded with tourists, but you need to walk about 20 Minutes, however this is the advantage of this beach with crystal clear waters as there is no car parking and therefore the masses do not get there. The owner, Ingrid, is just lovely, asking if everything is okay, and as soon as something is missing (nothing important missing anyway :-)), she will get it sorted out for you. also she gives some advice about what to see and to do in the area. Really, it felt like being home from the first Minute, we had 2 wonderful weeks there. There is just one downside, the nearby cement factory, I was worried about it in the beginning, however as from the lower Level, you do not see it, you also do not hear it, the air is not polluted at all, it really did not bother us at all, in the contrary, this is in the end the reason why the area around is still very natural and even in August, not many tourists stay there due to lacking big hotels, you can just easily avoid the part of the factory and enjoy the rest of the beauty this part of Istria. The Villa has everything you need and provides the perfect place to be.

Bellissimi ricordi a Villa Shanti

Abbiamo trascorso in 10 persone una settimana di vacanza a Villa Shanti. Le fotografie rendono esattamente l'idea della casa. C'è un caseggiato che contiene 4 appartamenti per 3 persone l'uno con entrata autonoma, a chiave elettronica. Ogni appartamento è dotato di bagno, salottino, cucina attrezzata, cassaforte, microonde, tv con canali italiani, zanzariera, aria condizionata. Le finiture sono ottime e gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli. Al piano superiore ci sono anche le tende da sole elettriche. All'esterno una bella piscina con lettini e materassini, possibilità di nuoto controcorrente e cascata d'acqua regolabili con telecomando. Doccia esterna calda. Accanto alla piscina una struttura che contiene una ampia cucina ed un altro bagno. La cucina è di design, confortevole, climatizzata e ben attrezzata. Per un gruppo fino a 12 persone è il cuore della casa. C'è anche un caminetto per barbecue. La cucina ha un grande frigorifero e la lavastoviglie. Il bagno accanto ha una doccia/sauna ma soprattutto lavatrice ed asciugatrice molto comode. Fa parte delle dotazioni della casa anche ia sala giochi con freccette, biliardo, biliardino e bar. Ingrid, molto gentilmente, ci ha accolto e spiegato ogni dotazione e ci ha consigliato qualche escursione in zona. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il giro in kayak nel fiordo di Arsia e la discesa alla spiaggia deserta più vicina. Siamo stati anche alla spiaggia di Ravni, molto bella. A Labin, circa una 15 di km, il supermercato più vicino mentre a Koromacno un piccolo negozietto con l'essenziale. In generale, il luogo è selvaggio ed abbastanza isolato ma per questo apprezzabile e caratteristico. In zona tanta salvia selvatica profumata, splendidi paesaggi e tramonti, caprioli, acqua trasparente e cristallina e Villa Shanti un bel punto di partenza per le esplorazioni del luogo. Peccato essere in un luogo così bello e non godersi la casa tutto il giorno! Per gli amanti della natura e anche per gli amanti delle comodità, è consigliatissima! Grazie Ingrid per i tuoi preziosi consigli.
