Airy, cool, modern apartment with excellent Wifi in a quiet location 12 minutes walk from the town centre and beach with fabulous panoramic views from across Soller bay, the port and mountains. The apartment has an allocated parking space, private rear garden and a communal swimming pool and sun terrace. This is a perfect place to relax, explore or 'workaway' in the sun.
The living area is large and open plan with a smart TV monitor, DVD player and sound system. We have excellent Wifi. There is a well equipped modern kitchen. The living room opens onto a large sunny terrace with fabulous views while to the rear is the totally secluded private garden with sun loungers, BBQ, arbour, water feature and a diversity of much loved colourful plants.
Downstairs, there are two en-suite double bedrooms both with double beds. Both bathrooms have shower, toilet and basin. The master bedroom shares the stunning views. There is air conditioning/heating throughout.
The apartment is perfectly located for peace, quiet and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and port. The play of the light on the mountains at dawn and dusk is spectacular. In the summer the communal pool is a great place to relax, sunbathe and cool off if you don't want to go to the beach. In cooler seasons it is a great centre for hill walking through the stunning Sierra Tramuntana National Park and UNESCO World Heritage site.
The apartment is located on the 'last line' of Port Soller, backed by wooded open country and overlooked by no one (except the occasional passing goat!); one of the most private and peaceful locations in the Port. At the same time it is really easy to access the town centre: 12 minute walk, 4 minute drive. The private parking space provides peace of mind. The communal pool is accessed via a coded street gate 20 metres from our block. It offers sun loungers and parasols.
Casa Mollie is great for families as well as adults. A box of beach toys and the communal pool are popular with children and there is plenty of space: the two floors, front terrace, rear garden and pool provide a variety of spaces so members of your group can choose to do their own thing or get away from each other when they want. A travel cot and high chair are available (please see the section on access below).
Please note that we do not charge the service or cleaning charges via VRBO booking site; instead, 140 Euros to cover linen, towels and final cleaning should be paid directly to the cleaners on departure. This should be factored into the cost of your holiday. For 'workaway' bookings of 28 nights or more we offer a 10% reduction in daily rate.
Visitors should understand that the apartment is not in a commercial holiday block. Neighbours will appreciate your consideration in keeping noise levels down. It is not suitable for 'party' stays and you should bear this in mind before booking. Also bear in mind that the cost of the fantastic views is that the apartment is on the third floor and accessed by stairs with no lift. It therefore is not suitable for those with mobility challenges.
We operate self-check-in to allow you maximum travel flexibility. On agreement of terms and full payment we will send you a virtual guided tour of the apartment and comprehensive details for travel, arrival and access to the apartment. There is also a comprehensive information folder by the door in the apartment. We will reply directly to any questions you may have during your holiday and can call upon a local agent to sort out any problems that require someone to attend.
