Chris’s condo is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well supplied with Nice sharp cutting knives, dish and glass wear, good quality pots and a good fridge. The master bed is comfortable and the big bathtub shower good. There is also good quality and comfortable patio furniture. The pool is clean and good for swimming laps. The location of the condo in Tavira is perfect. Tavira has excellent restaurants. Thank you Chris for sharing your lovely condo.

Another amazing holiday in Tavira

We stayed in this apartment for a number of years and just love Tavira. The apartment is fantastic and has we need. So relaxing and quiet. Enclosed apartment block with a pool and right in the middle of the town with gorgeous restaurants, cafes and food market within a 5 minute walk. Stunning beaches all close by too. Can’t wait to return next year.

Perfect location, attentive communication with Chris

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment that is in the center of everything. Rarely did we even use our car. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance with some a close drive in Santa Luzia. Apartment was well stocked with beach chairs, cooking supplies, and everything needed for an enjoyable vacation.

Great apartment in ideal central location and attentive owners

Very much enjoyed our stay. Nice clean apartment with plenty of space and the pool was a godsend in the heat. Ideally placed for accessing the ferry to Tavira Island a few mins walk away, along with the rest of Tavira centre. The owners were very understanding and accommodating when our flight was cancelled and rebooked, even allowing us to check in early avoiding us having to wait around town with a baby, 4 year old and suitcases. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Enjoyable family holiday

We stayed in this property in August 2024 as part of our family holiday. The property has everyting we needed and is exceptionally well equiped. The owner was flexible regarding arrival and departure times. The property was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the use of the pool facility and the closeness to the centre of Tavira and Ferry service to the beach. The property benefits from airconditioning which was welocme given the temperature in excess of 32 degrees.

Great location, roomy apartment

Overall good however as others have said, the furniture could be replaced, upgraded. Tired and not comfortable. On the plus side we could walk everywhere.

Tavira Gem

The property is ideally located in central Tavira. The second floor location at the end of the building is ideal as there is no foot traffic in front of the unit. Chris was fantastic to deal with and just replaced the TV and coffee maker when we arrived. He always replied promptly to my enquires. The unit is very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. My only constructive comment is that the sofa is starting to show its age and could be replaced soon. All things considered I would give Chris and the apartment an A

Die Wohnung war super sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einziges Problem ist die Müllabfuhr, die nachts um 3 einen Höllenlärm macht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, alles zu Fuß in 5 minuten erreichbar

Geräumige Wohnung, sehr gute Lage

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und üppig mit Sofas, Sesseln und großem Esstisch für sechs Personen ausgestattet. Große Küche und großes Bad. Mitten in der Stadt, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Agentur und auch der Vermieter selbst waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit telefonisch bzw. per Whatsapp erreichbar. Einzig die Betten fanden wir gewöhnungsbedürftig, da für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Well equipped apartment near all bars and restaurants. Easy access to many modes of transport to go to places further afield. Nice outside area to relax in and plenty of space throughout. Olga very helpful and Chris responsive to any questions. Pool area close by and beach ferry 5 mins walk.

Fantastic Property

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and it didn’t disappoint, it’s well equipped and have everything we could possibly need. The apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and being able to sit in the balcony on a morning and early evening - we especially enjoyed listening to Mimi the parrot. The apartment is very convenient for the town and the ferry to the beach. Thanks again for letting us stay. Kathleen, Steve, Robbie and Lucy

Amazing

We had a wonderful holiday in Tavira. The apartment is in a fantastic location in the middle of the town close to all the restaurants and shops. Plenty of beautiful beaches close to Tavira. The apartment block itself is very peaceful and quiet so sitting chilling on the balcony couches is so relaxing. Loved our morning chats with the parrot on the balcony across from us. The kids had great fun in the pool. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need. Chris was a fantastic host and Olga was on site so anything we needed was organised straight away. Can’t wait to go back again.

Everything from booking and checking in was made easy by Chris and Olga. The apartment was spotless and ideally located for adventures and relaxation. Couldnt recommend it enough! Apartment well equipped for family life. We had a ball!!!!!!

Uma ótima estadia

Vamos todos os anos para este condómino. A casa é muito boa, tem todas as facilidades, a cozinha está muito bem equipada e demoramos 2 minutos a pé até ao supermercado e pouco mais até aos restaurantes que existem nesta belíssima cidade. É muito agradável. 🔝
