Becky's house is comfortable and quiet, and well placed within the village, which has some limited amenities. Dunster is nearby, as is Minehead where there is a variety of shops and restaurants, We have stayed a number of times over the past few years, and we always enjoy our time both within the house and when out and about in the beautiful location that surrounds Dunster

The property was warm, clean and cosy. Timberscombe is a charming village and the residents are very friendly. Located within easy reach of Dunster, Minehead and Exmoor. Elderly or less fit people should take note of the amount of steps in the property, although it is just as advertised.

A perfect peaceful getaway – everything we hoped for and more!We've just returned from a wonderful stay at this cottage and can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we booked, the owners were friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating – nothing was too much trouble, and they clearly take real pride in making sure their guests have a great stay.The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need – it genuinely felt like a home from home. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it, and all those little touches made our stay effortless and relaxing.The location is an absolute gem. Quiet and peaceful, yet with plenty to see and do nearby – we never ran out of things to explore. What really stood out was how friendly the locals were; everywhere we went we were met with a warm welcome, which made the whole experience even more special.

Had a wonderful stay the cottage had everything you could possibly need - the garden was lovely as well.Enjoyed the area visiting Dunster, Watchet, Porlock, Cleeve Abbey, Exmoor and Minehead - alll were easy to get to.Would highly recommend staying here.

We have just had a fabulous few days' stay in Timberscombe - the cottage was very comfortable with lots of thought given to detail so that the cottage is very well equipped. We have spent a few days exploring Exmoor and have throughly enjoyed our mini break.

Lovely and Quiet Home

The house is really beautiful and is situated in a very quiet and neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Dunster and Minehead are close by and other destinations can be reached easily by car.

Lovely cottage in a lovely place

Very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Plenty to do in the area and Becky was very communicative and provided loads of helpful information on nearby activities, food and other things to do. The cottage itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Relaxing stay

We spent a quiet 4 days using the rental as a base for walks in the area and region. The kitchen had everything you need in terms of basics, and the lounge was comfortable with a charming wood burning stove. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Well located for exploring north Devon and Somerset. Cottage in a peaceful setting in a small village just outside Dunster. Homely cottage with comfortable beds. Good for a get away from it all holiday.

The title says it all. You'll struggle to find a better holiday home and better village in all of the UK.

Really nice

Really enjoyed our stay at Willow cottage, it had everything we needed, we had lots of places to see, just a bit disappointed that the local pub wasn’t open while we were there, but it didn’t spoil our stay. Would stay again
