The property was clean, presentable, and comfortable for what we needed. It did have a rather musty smell from what we suspect was a roof leak at one point, which bothered my wife who's rather sensitive to those things. but honestly, it suited our needs and provided a perfect 'base camp' for our Hocking Hills adventure.

Not a fancy cabin but works for what we needed, cabin had slight musty smell but overall very clean. Bring your own salt and pepper and paper towels. They had salt and pepper but it was clumpy they did not supply paper towels. Didn’t use the hot tub but found it weird that there was a rule that you could only use it 15 minutes at a time. Was disappointed that the fire pit wasn’t at our site it was a shared fire pit that I didn’t see anyone use the time we were there.

Peaceful location

Very peaceful holiday weekend. Close to the best of Hocking Hills hiking.

I wanted to have some relax days and this place did not disappoint me. It is beautiful, the space was good. Love the Hot tub and the space of it. Will definitely come back.

Makes me want my future house to be built like this. So nice and peaceful. Don’t even seem like there are neighbors if you’re hanging out by the hot tub or inside.

Calm getaway

Perfect place to rest and enjoy the scenery. Quiet atmosphere with the nature sounds all you need. Would recommend!

Quiet and comfortable vacation stay.

Enjoyed our stay in the A frame chalets. Accommodations were perfect for our two night stay. Everything was as described in the property description. Close proximity to the Hocking Hills hiking trails.

Family get away

The Chalets will be on our list for a future stay without a doubt. The cabin, grounds and location was top notch ! Highly recommend. We will likely be back in the near future.

An experience to remember!

Enjoy the great outdoors while privately soaking in a relaxing hot tub! All the comforts of home in a rustic setting! A perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a fun time with the kids!

It’s relatively pricey for what you get, but it’s more about the experience. Our biggest issue was the power going out in the middle of the night randomly. It was out for the last 7 hours of our stay, from 4 am to checkout. We couldn’t use ANY of the amenities that drew us to stay there (hot tub, red light room, sauna) and the only remedy they offered was a 50% day rate credit back to their cottage. I understand that is in their TOS but 68 in credit for a 240 room is bogus. And our food spoiled. Didn’t matter. It’s just business to them. Customer is always wrong now a days.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that a power outage disrupted your stay and prevented you from enjoying the amenities you came for. We understand your frustration with the compensation offered though it is stated in our rental agreements that guests will receive 50% back for a power outage of a certain time frame. Your experience matters to us, and we'd love to host you again in the future.

Perfect Getaway!

Very cozy and relaxing! The perfect spot to combine comfy lazy days watching movies and using the hot tub but also have good hiking nearby. The kitchen is pretty minimal (no stove) but they stock it with all the basic cookware and we made all of our meals with little to no problem!

Perfect spot

Three adults(mom and an adult couple friends) and two dogs. We came to hike. The A frame was bigger and nicer than pictures made it look. There is a two burner stove as well as grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Very quiet and it felt secluded even though it wasn’t. Staff was very helpful. Hot tub and sauna were nice. Will come again!

Spring break / Eclipse

Teens spring break, aligned with the solar eclipse 😎. Fantastic hiking area, cute little aframe! Could use a new bed on 1st floor. Squishy, squeaky and no support. One had to sleep on the couch. But we’d stay again!
