Summary:
Completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo in the Crested Mtn Condo's. This is truly slopeside! Beautiful granite, garage parking, hot tub.
The Space:
This is a beautifully renovated Mt. Crested Butte condo. It is located in the Crested Mountain complex which is truly slope side. Literally walk out your door, around the corner and pop in your skis/board and ski down to the Red Lady or the Silver Queen lifts. Its an easy walk to restaurants, retail and the free shuttle to town.
The condo has been recently renovated with high end finishes. You'll find marble and natural stone that adds a truly glamorous finish to the kitchen and bathrooms. This is a 2 story condo and there is an outdoor flight of stairs from the parking lot and an indoor flight of stairs to reach the front door to the condo.
The main floor of the condo has the living/dining and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a powder bath and your very own washer and dryer. Warm up after a long day on the slopes with the fireplace and kick your feet up to watch a little television in the living room. There is also a pull out couch in this area. Walk out the sliding glass door to the balcony to look at the ski runs.
The second floor hosts 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom consists of a king size bed and ensuite bath with a natural stone shower. The guest bedroom hosts a double/full size bunk bed (2 full mattresses) with a single trundle bed (suitable for a child) underneath. The full bath for this bedroom is directly across the hall. This is a fantastic property, you won't be disappointed!
In the winter season, please note that because this condo is on the slopes, you may hear the groomers in their cats in the middle of the night readying the slopes with some perfect corduroy for the morning.
Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally. In the winter season it is open from opening day to closing day and in the summer it is open mid-June-Labor Day. If you are coming before or after these times and the hot tub is important to you, please ask if it will be open.
No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants. There is 1 parking space in the garage and 1 outside. The garage height is 80 inches. Vehicles measuring longer than 19ft bumper to bumper, including hitches and any type of rack, are NOT permitted in to park at this condo. Vehicles longer than 19ft will be booted and/or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Regardless of vehicle length, the end of the vehicle may extend no further than 20 feet from the garage door. For example, a vehicle that is 19 feet long must be parked no more than 1 foot from the garage door. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that each Unit’s parking space is not obstructed and that there is enough room in the parking lot so that each parking space in front of every garage is fully accessible by car.
Each vehicle must have a parking permit that is clearly displayed and visible from the exterior at all times while parked on the premises. The parking permit must contain the following information: (1) the Unit number, (2) the phone number for the current occupant of that Unit (the person who has the keys to move the car), and (3) the name and number of the Property Management Company for the Unit.
Guest Access:
Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.
The Neighborhood:
The Crested Mountain Condos are as truly ski in/out as they come. Located slopeside you can walk to anything in the base area.
Getting Around:
A car is not needed. Walk to the transportation center just a few minutes away.
