Simply beautiful. A truly spacious apartment, perfect for a family or group of friends travelling together. Ideally located at Bakats Ter, with a large balcony overlooking the fine gothic church set in peaceful gardens, yet only steps from the restaurants and bars of Raday utca and transport links. Just a few minutes walk to the central market, the new glass-roofed arts centre and gallery by the side of the Danube and the lovely student district around the Zichy Palazzo.

2 months in Budapest

My husband and I rented the apartment for 2 months as our home base in Budapest. We had a fabulous stay and the apartment was fantastic for all of our friends and family who visited. The location can’t be beat, plenty of restaurants, tourist attractions and public transportation close by.

Very nice large place in Budapest

We had a wonderful 4 days in Budapest with our family of 6 adults staying here. The apartment is very large, nice, and comfortable. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood with a great view of the church. It is close to the transit system which is very good. Only gave it 4/5 on location as it is either transit or a very long walk to the main areas.

Great hosts

Because of the flood situation in Austria, our trip unfortunately fell through last minute. We had been looking forward to our vacation for a long time and were devastated that we were unable to make it to Budapest. Therefore, I can't speak to the apartment itself. What I can say, however, is that Richard and Kriki were wonderful hosts in this very difficult situation. They were easy to communicate with, very understanding, and they tried their best to help us in every way possible. Eventually they even offered us a partial refund, even though there was no official option to cancel on such short notice. We're planning to postpone our trip to Budapest to next year and will definitely rebook with them. Thank you very much for being so kind, Richard and Kriki!

An amazing apartment

This apartment is very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. We particularly loved the large artwork on the walls in the lounge and bedrooms. It was very luxurious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The only downside was the fourth bedroom is only accessible through two other bedrooms so not ideal for four individuals but ideal for families. The kitchen was well equipped and the Nespresso machine and coffee was a welcome touch. Thank you to Richard and Szuszi for making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely return to your beautiful apartment and magical city.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The apartment is beautiful, clean and very spacious! The view of the church from the balcony is so lovely to wake up to! Perfect location to walk down the river to see all of the sights of the city! Richard was very helpful prior to our trip and very accommodating with additional requirements. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Great value

Richard does a wonderful job communicating! The apartment is clean and visually appealing. It's away from the town center, but close enough that it isn't a problem getting anywhere. You'll want to be comfortable with stairs to get to the apartment and with walking 5-10 minutes to catch public transportation.

our Budapest experience

We loved it. The apartment was great. Location is very good.i It was very easy to get around the city by local transportation. The sites are amazing. The food is very good with many restaurants within walking distance. The hungarian people are very friendly.

Fantastic apartment; great location; excellent host and managers

This is a fantastic property; huge and has all the mod cons you need: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and 2 great balconies. The communication with Richard from the booking, through our stay and post stay has been excellent. Prompt responses whenever we had any questions and some great advice including organising pick up and drop offs for us. From time to time minor things happen when you rent out a property. We had a couple of these and contacted Richard and his property managers with both being fixed within a few hours, fantastic service considering one was on a Sunday. Would highly recommend this property and hope to come back some day. Thanks Richard for going above and beyond with your property and service. Would rate this as one of our best stays over the years.

Budapest holiday

my cousins and I had a great time in Budapest. The location was perfect, shops nearby, city centre walking distance and the accommodation itself was amazing. Extremely spacious, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone

Great apartment

The apartment is superb: extremely spacious, clean, with a great wrap around terrace, which overlooks a renovated beautiful church. Well located for bars and restaurants, and easy walking to many of Pest’s sights. Very recommended.

Gorgeous Apartment

This apartment is wonderful. It was very large and had lots of European charm. The balcony was fun to sit on late at night. There's always activity on the street. We enjoyed its location and the variety of shops nearby. We never did use public transportation because we all like to walk and even went to Hero's Square by foot. There are so many beautiful places to visit in Budapest and this apartment is a great place to stay while you visit.

This is a really good space. Just outside of the main tourist area, but walkable. Huge rooms. Super clean. Nice check in. Friendly people. It has A/C which was great as it was unseasonably hot. A breaker did kick out when we were running the A/C and clothes washer, but we were able to sort that out ourselves and reported the problem which they said they would look at (as an aside Hungarian fuse boxes are much nicer to deal with than U.S. ones). Would 100% recommend for most people. People with struggles moving around may have trouble getting in and/out of the tub/shower as it is really high. Good for most people.

Definitely would stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Stayed here with my family. The location was great. Tram stop nearby and can easily walk to shopping and restaurants and sightseeing. It was extremely hot so we did not enjoy the balconies much but the views of the church were awesome. I would highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Budapest. Has plenty of room for you to relax when you are not sightseeing. Very clean and up to date. The owner was very accessible even arranged a taxi to and from the airport. They texted me the day of arrival just to tell me who would be meeting us at the flat (we had a very late arrival) and even sent me a photo so I would know I was meeting the right person. Texted me throughout the stay to see if everything was ok and to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend has everything you would need for your family.

Modern, spacious apartment in an awesome location!

Wonderful apartment in ideal location- close to Danube River and public transportation. The apartment is well stocked and ideal for large or multiple families. We especially enjoyed the balconies and large windows! Many good restaurants and markets nearby. The property contacts were easy to communicate with and quickly responded to inquiries. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

We had a great time in Budapest and the accommodation was perfect. Everything was included, great and big rooms. Whole appartment was very clean, had a newly kitchen with all maschines you need (fridge, toaster, coffee maschine, dishwasher, washing maschine, and and and...) Enough bed/bathrooms and a big balcony... Our contact VIKI was nice and very helpful - thanks a lot! Appartment can be recommended without limitations.

Large and very nice!

My daughter is studying abroad at Corvinus University, and this place was perfect for our family of 6. Literally around the corner from her dorm in a great neighborhood. The apartment is very large and everyone was able to spread out and relax while we enjoyed our time in Budapest! They were able to arrange airport transfer to and from the airport for us, which was very nice. Loads of restaurants very close, and while not in the 'touristy' area, walking and transportation was very easy and close.

Excellent accomodation in Budapest

Excellent base from which to explore Budpest, about 20 minutes walk to the centre and with a #2 tram at the end of the road. Located in a residential area that we felt was very safe. Very close to local supermarket, bakery & restaurants. As it was just prior to Christmas the road has its own festive lights, making it very pretty particularly when it snowed. Spacious, clean and well kitted out, it was perfect for our family of four but it sleeps 8 and would still have room to spare. Comfy beds, good amenities added to the overall very high standard of accomodation means we would highly recommend Belso-Ferencvaros.

Stunning apartment

Stunning apartment in a great location!

This apartment is marvellous in every way. It is really spacious, light and airy, and the rooms are all very large and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning works a treat, and was required when we stayed as it was very hot. The balcony was lovely to sit on at the end of the day, have a glass of wine and watch the world go by. There is nothing I could fault, this really was the perfect apartment, in fact I would go so far as to say it is the best apartment we have stayed in and would highly recommend.
