Customized Timber Wolf Lodge Condo! You will want to take advantage of this updated condo at Timber Wolf Lodge Condominiums located less than one mile from Canyons Resort, 4 miles from Old Town Park City and 2.5 miles from I-80/shopping areas. The condo is beautifully nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a mountain stream passing through the property. The complex boasts two separate outdoor hot tubs, which are just steps out our front door. Each building has underground parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on the size with additional outdoor parking for larger vehicles.

This is one of the larger 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condos in this complex with a mountain lodge exterior, lodge furnishings and a river rock gas fireplace in the living room.

The main floor has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, dining room table for 6, additional seating for 4 at the bar, and a powder room. On the balcony overlooking the mountain stream you will find a full-sized gas grill, perfect for outdoor grilling/barbecuing.
The second level features these exclusive updates:
• To allow for greater privacy in sleeping arrangements, one upstairs bathroom is accessible from the upstairs hallway for guests using the queen sleeper sofa.
• Each bedroom has private, fully enclosed bathrooms separate from the bedrooms.
• Bedroom number 1 has a king sized bed and a loft with one single bed. The bath off this bedroom is remodeled with a walk in shower.
• Bedroom number 2 has a queen sized bed and a loft with two single beds. The bathroom off this bedroom has a standard sized tub and shower.
• Loft ladders are equipped with motion sensor nightlights top and bottom.
• The stacked washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.

Our condo is in a small quiet complex with a hot tub right out the front door. What a great way to end a day of skiing, golfing, biking or hiking!!

: This location is close to the free Park City bus system ( for schedules and routes). The Pink line is located just 150 yards away on Hwy 224 and it offers easy access to downtown Park City, shopping and grocery stores in Kimball Junction, Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. There is also a transit center at the Canyons Cabriolet (On Canyons Resort Drive). The Canyons Cabriolet, which will whisk you to the Canyons base area/Ski Beach, is within walking distance, if you prefer to leave your vehicle.

Family ski weekend

Loved this property. Lots of space to spread out & hot tub right outside! Nice & quiet yet short drive/uber to restaurants. We drove to ski lift but also easy to uber or take bus.

Awesome location and super comfy!

This place was perfect! Very warm, hot tub was fantastic and outside the front door, walking out back to bus stop took 3 min, you can ski back from the cabriolet weather permitting, beds were super comfy. Has everything you need for cooking and baking. Maybe bring some oils and seasonings. Would 100% book here again!

Better than described!

Great location, great place! You can even ski all the way back from the Canyons mountain. Loved our time here. Community was awesome and the communication with the host has been spectacular!

We had the best time during our stay at Timberwolf! We absolutely loved the condo, it was well stocked & had everything we needed. It was a short drive to the cabriolet lot, which is what we did every day during our stay! Highly recommend!!

The access to the mountain and the amenities are the win. The bus stopIs close. The hot tubs should be replaced or cleaned.

We loved everything about the condo, especially the close location to the gondola, bus stop, and hot tub.Unfortunately, there are two issues with the Master that need to be resolved. The baseboard are not putting out enough heat (I was raised in a house with baseboard heat, I know when one is not working properly) and the window treatment is inadequate for keeping out light and noise for a large window that faces the highway.Otherwise the condo was one of the highlights of our trip.

Girls weekend

Loved the quiet location. It was raining when we arrive, so appreciated unloading from garage.

The kitchen was well supplied. It was hot when we were there. The upstairs was hot and a couple more fans would be great. Overall, the place was great. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Park City Perfect stay!

Location to mountains were great! Very comfortable for a family of four, we could have let each of our kids bring a friend. The hot tub was great after two days of skiing. The parking and garage were great. The condo was so comfortable we only went out to eat one night. Our kids wanted to stay in. We even used the dining recommendations in the condo binder! Amazing time!

Friends ski trip

Property was as listed. We found it clean and well equipped. The underground parking was very convenient. I would recommend the Property to anyone looking to stay in the Park City area.

Our family includes four adult children, 3 son-in-laws, a daughter-in-law and 7 grandchildren. All of the adults in our family enjoy skiing and a great variety of outdoor activities. Four of the grandchildren were introduced to skiing right here in Park City and we can't wait till the other grandchildren are old enough!

My husband and I bought this condo after visiting our daughter in Park City for many years. We have come to love the quick access to the ski slopes from the airport in Salt Lake City, the local restaurants and the outdoor activities year round.

We encourage housekeepers to wear masks and gloves and are performing deep disinfections prior to every arrival on all areas likely to have been touched, including (but not limited to):
All handles: doors, cabinets, closets, windows, faucets, etc.
Any railings: stair railings, decks, etc.
Switches and buttons: lights, remote control, front door lock keypad, garage door opener, etc.
Frequently used appliances: microwave, TV, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.
Frequently used kitchen items, including supplies under the sink
Arms of chairs, sofas, and outside seating
Toys, puzzles, playing cards, etc.
For soft/porous surfaces such as carpets, rugs, drapes, couches, etc., removing visible contamination and clean and disinfect with appropriate cleaners.
