Hotel amenities include a luxurious 20,000 sq. ft. nationally recognized spa and fitness center, 2 stunning oceanfront pools (a zero-entry family pool with water cascade, and a tranquil adult pool surrounded by lush hedging), prestigious highly ranked tennis resort (10 clay courts, pro shop and a full professional staff offering clinics and lessons), nearby championship golf at Crandon Gold Course, highly rated upscale indoor/outdoor dining, charming poolside restaurant and cantina, St. Tropez style beachfront restaurant/bar, gorgeous Havana style rum bar, private beach with full hotel service and private poolside/beach cabanas, highly regarded full/half day kids programs with numerous activities, high end shopping options, and full concierge services. Nice Key Biscayne place

Booked kind of last minute as 2 day get away from rainy Boston. Great place to stay with family, place is totally as per listing. The Ritz is, as expected, over priced - but they deliver on service! Great pool, great parking, great location - all you need!

Perfect Vacation

Our weekend stay was absolutely perfect. The size of this unit worked so well for my family. The unit was very clean and close to the elevator which was nice. I hope to stay here again in the future

Fantastic property - beautiful room and view

This property is amazing and the apartment is well appointed and a pleasure to utilize. Access to the property and parking were easy and convenient, and the Ritz Carlton amenities are an amazing way to pamper yourself. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and this property helped make our honeymoon something special. We hope to return someday soon for our anniversary or just because. Would recommend!

Nice suite with great host

The suite worked out very well. Seating area and bedroom doubled as 2 bedrooms. Air mattress that was provided meant the kids didn’t have to share a bed. Very nice. Would stay again.

Excellent in every possible way!

We were staying at the property for nine days with our family. We couldn’t ask for more. The suit was very clean and well maintained. The resort itself is amazing. You will not be disappointed. My son was busy all the time, so I had so much free time for myself. The service is 5 stars! Paul is very nice person and easy to deal with. He is truly carrying! Thanks for making our vacation stressfree! We will come back!

Absolutely Amazing!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve been taking a mom/daughter beach vacation for years. As my mom is now 85, it’s not always easy. However, this place was perfect! The room was exactly as advertised. Large, comfortable & clean. Had everything one needs for an extended stay. What wasn’t advertised is how close & easy everything at the hotel was to access from the room- From the pool, to the beach, the restaurants, & parking - all were close, never a wait, and had fabulous service. We did have a small issue checking in but we contacted Paul, and he took care of it immediately. It seemed to be a communication issue with the front desk & reservations. It was resolved & we had no other issues the entire week. Paul was great at communicating with me from the time we made the reservation to checking out. Very accommodating. We will definitely be back!
