This spacious bright impeccably clean and comfortable townhouse is just ~1.5 blocks from boardwalk / beach and is in walking distance to convention center, amusement piers, water parks, mini golf, famous pizza, restaurants and nightlife and is ideal for family vacations!

This unique town-home with 3 decks has a private entrance, central air-conditioning and private garage. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths this home accommodates and sleeps 8 very comfortably.

This home has all new furniture, washer / dryer, fully stocked kitchen including Keurig, free Internet service and new flat screen televisions in every room!
This home boasts a huge master bedroom suite with large flat screen TV, king bed, walk-in closet and its own bathroom with his/her sinks and shower. Bedroom # 2 is equipped with extra-large “full-size” over “full-size” bunk bed equipped with flat screen TV and nice size closet. Bedroom #3 has queen size bed, nice size closet and flat screen TV.

Just park for the week and relax! You will have an enjoyable vacation and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Great location in Wildwood, just a few blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. The property was very spacious, clean, and well maintained... great for a single family, and possibly even for two families. A private garage was nice to secure the car all week. Extras such as beach chairs and beach chair cart were great. Host communication and instructions were thorough and prompt.

Great location only 2 blocks from the beach. Spacious 2 story with plenty of room for a family. Al was very responsive to all my questions and concerns during our stay and for back to me right away.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this home. The apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Host’s provided crystal-clear check-in instructions and was incredibly responsive. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Please be aware the mattresses are super soft. If you have any back issues, bring an air mattress this might be better than the actual mattresses as of July 2026. There isn't any FREE parking for any other cars that you might have in your party. We found parking blocks away and left car there and used one car.

Comfort is subjective, and while most of our guests find them cozy and supportive, we know everyone’s preferences (and backs!) are different. We’re always happy to hear suggestions and will keep this in mind as we continue to update the unit. As for parking — our listing does note that the unit includes one dedicated parking space, which is fairly standard for this beachblock area of Wildwood. We always recommend guests traveling with multiple vehicles plan ahead, as street parking and nearby lots fill up quickly during the summer season — a fun reminder of just how popular this stretch of the shore is! We’re glad you were still able to find a spot nearby and make it work.

We had a really fun time in Wildwood! The townhouse was wonderful! The location close to the beach and the boardwalk was great. One of our favorite memories was watching the fireworks Friday night from one of the balconies at the beach house. Thank you so much!

Great property. Great location. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Our family of four had a great vacation here. Property is very spacious and well-maintained. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. You can watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

Al was great with communicating and allowed us to even check in a little early! The townhouse was super clean and very updated. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk were a definite plus. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Great Experience!

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed

Our family makes the same trip yearly. Due to delayed timing we weren’t able to get into our usual location. This location was extremely clean, updated and overall great. Beds were a bit soft for us but otherwise a fabulous location.

Home away from home

The home felt pretty much like our own home with a few added perks. 2 and 1/2 baths was a huge plus for us. Plenty of room for us on rain days to relax in our own space. Overall had a great time and we are planning to stay again next year.

Multi-generational home away from home

We *loved* staying at Al and Paula's house! Five of us (my parents, my husband, and our 4-year-old) happily lived together for a week at the beach, with plenty of privacy and gathering spaces for all of us. The house is as beautiful and clean as the listing implies, and the location is absolutely perfect--two blocks from the boardwalk, convenient to everything and also quiet in the evenings. Al and Paula were incredible and responsive hosts, and our whole family is looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Good beach week!

Enjoyed our stay; place was as advertised; nice and spacious for our family of five with two floors and two and a half bath came in handy; just fyi garage is tight for any car larger than sedan, but convenient to park right at the house; two blocks from beach for easy back and forth, though we forgot how wide the Wildwood beaches are with little ones in tow! Walkable to some good restaurants, mini golf, convention center, boardwalk, ice cream. Overall good week!

NJ JP Invasion

Good Location, lots to do. Bring some towels with you. The garage is made for small type cars. Our lifted Jeep and 3500 Ram was a no go. Had to try and find parking in the street which was usually about 2 or so blocks away. Other then that was nice place to stay.

Amazing place and owner

Al was such a savior to us and we really made out in the deal! Our VRBO that we rented in November 2020 cancelled on us the day before vacation. Al’s place popped up and he made everything so easy! Made sure the place was in tip top shape, got us the information and we were able to check in on or original planned date!! He checked on us throughout the week and made sure everything was good. Close to the beach and boardwalk. You can see the slingshot from the top balcony. Overall great place and great owner!! We will absolutely be back!!
