Welcome to our stunning 3300 square foot home in the heart of the vibrant 12 South neighborhood of Nashville! This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Music City.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open floor plan leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.

The four spacious bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The en- suite bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other three bedrooms have queen-size beds with bathrooms offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.

One of the highlights of this home is the large bonus room upstairs, perfect for watching movies, playing games or just hanging out with family and friends. The screened-in back porch is a peaceful retreat for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail, while the large front porch offers the perfect spot for watching the world go by.

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly accommodating and made check-in a breeze. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with anything that we needed during our week long stay. The location cannot be beat. A two minute walk to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone visiting Nashville

This house is great- easy walk to everything in the 12 south neighborhood - a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The location was also close to downtown / Broadway - a quick drive or Uber. It has everything you need and was clean and well furnished and Peter was very responsive and helpful during our stay!

The house is special and the location is even better. We had a group of 10 friends and family and it was absolutely perfect. A short walk to 12 South area and a short drive to Broadway. The house was bigger than we expected and the layout is perfectly private for big groups. We loved this place!

This was an awesome home that is so close to 12 South and Belmont, where our daughter goes to school. The house is beautiful and is great for a large family. We loved the front porch and screened in back porch. The beds were also super comfortable. The owner was also great and allowed us to check in early as we flew in early in the morning from Texas. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family, including two young kids. It was a great location- we walked to 12 south to eat at great restaurants and Jennie’s ice cream several nights. Check in was easy and Peter was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is clean, nice, and well equipped for cooking. There is a screened in porch, but there were a few holes and mosquitoes snuck in there. Overall a lovely house with great location.

This is a beautifully updated craftsman style home. The 7 of us (5 adults and 2 children) had an extremely comfortable stay. The living areas are large and well appointed with appropriate and comfortable furniture in excellent condition. All the appliances and technology were up to date and fully functional. Easy walk to 12 South shops and restaurants, and easy drive to grocery stores. Communications with the owner were prompt and informative. Absolutely no issues during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for any better accommodations for our family than this home. Perfect!
