Welcome to our stunning 3300 square foot home in the heart of the vibrant 12 South neighborhood of Nashville! This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Music City.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open floor plan leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.
The four spacious bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The en- suite bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other three bedrooms have queen-size beds with bathrooms offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.
One of the highlights of this home is the large bonus room upstairs, perfect for watching movies, playing games or just hanging out with family and friends. We had an amazing time here. It’s one block north of a section of town called 12south that has cute shops and great dining locations. Our host was so accommodating. Especially the last day when our flights were cancelled due to storms. We were able to stay another night.

Great house with a lot of comfortable space. The house was in a very desirable location. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants in 12 South. One of the most well equipped homes I’ve rented, with all we needed for our stay. Parking was easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect home for our families and an amazing location. Note there is a new house being built next door and behind the house. The noise wasn't too impactful, even for napping babies. Just a lot of construction traffic around.

Peter was an exceptional host. Everything was as described or better. The location is perfect especially for those who like to shop. I’d highly recommend this property for a quiet retreat or a getaway weekend with old friends.

This house is great- easy walk to everything in the 12 south neighborhood - a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The location was also close to downtown / Broadway - a quick drive or Uber. It has everything you need and was clean and well furnished and Peter was very responsive and helpful during our stay!

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly accommodating and made check-in a breeze. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with anything that we needed during our week long stay. The location cannot be beat. A two minute walk to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone visiting Nashville

The house is special and the location is even better. We had a group of 10 friends and family and it was absolutely perfect. A short walk to 12 South area and a short drive to Broadway. The house was bigger than we expected and the layout is perfectly private for big groups. We loved this place!
