House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups to organize parties or other.

We will be happy to welcome you in this charming farmhouse with careful decoration. It is located in an old farmhouse dating from 1884, located 5 minutes from the beaches and the city center (by car) between Bénodet and Fouesnant and very close to the Odet golf course.
You will have 3 bedrooms, two with TV and one with private terrace, 2 bathrooms, a very well equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, ... sheets and linens are also provided from 4 nights on place) and a pleasant indoor and outdoor living space. You will enjoy a large terrace under pergola (lit at night) with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, teak garden furniture, and large sofa. You will benefit for yourself from a sauna and a heated swimming pool under low telescopic shelter ( heated swimming pool from May to September).
The whole in a sported and country space displayed full south in peace on a ground of 5000 m2 and without opposite. Trampoline, swings, mini-football, pétanque and ping-pong table complete the garden activities (the garden games are shared with another farmhouse and are located in a shared space of 4000 m2).

Our farmhouse is located near famous tourist places such as Thalassotherapy and the Bénodet Casino, the Odet golf course, Pointe du Raz, Pointe de la Torche, the Lighthouses of Pointe de Penmach, the walled town of Concarneau , the village of Pont Aven, the village of Locronan, the city of Quimper ...
