The villa has a large pool with amazing view on the natural landscape and a very large 3 hectares (7 acres) outdoor with olive and fruit trees.
The interior of the villa is well furnished, very comfortable also including a fire place and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa was fully renovated in 2013 and, while preserving the local farm house style, it includes all the modern features and amenities you need for a very comfortable stay and in particular: A/C, wifi, microwave, etc. You may also use bikes for hanging out in the beauty of the Maremma roads and outdoors.
On the main floor of the villa there are 2 master bedrooms (one with hot tube in the room) and two double bedrooms that are perfect for respectively 2 couples and further 2 couples or 4 kids/teens/friends. The 4 rooms are located in two different sides of the main floor for your maximum privacy and comfort. The maximum number of guests is 8 for a maximum of two families/groups of 4 people each. In addition there are 2 rooms in the lower floor, 1 single and 1 double room for your assistants/nanny.
The position is very convenient with short driving distance from main cities/airports of central Italy is: Rome (1.5 hours), Florence (2 hours), while within a short driving distance there are interesting towns to visit such as Capalbio, Porto Ercole, Porto Stefano with ferries for Giglio and Giannutri islands as well as well known natural thermal baths of Saturnia.
The vegetation of the large garden is beautiful and perfectly maintained and there is a fully equipped patio for eating outside and modern barbecue.
The house offers Wi-Fi internet access and covered parking within the grounds.
