Charming Townhouse Minutes From The Beach

Lovely townhouse, ideal for the classic summer vacation but also for off-season travelers who want to enjoy the uncontaminated beauty of this part of Sardinia during spring or fall, or even winter.

Air conditioning/heating system in every room.
Kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, dining table, sofa and television.
2 bedrooms upstairs.
The first bedroom, with balcony, has 1 queen bed and sleeps 2.
The second bedroom has 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed and sleeps 3.
1 full bathroom with shower. Hair dryer and flat iron included.
Washing machine located in the bathroom, ample room for drying clothes and beach towels in the backyard, drying rack provided.
Both the front patio and the back yard are partially covered and set up with outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy outside dining. The back yard has a barbecue, an outdoor shower and sink. A hose is available in the front yard to rinse beach toys and equipment before storage. Beach umbrella and beach chairs are at guests disposal to be used both at home and at the beach.

The three town beaches are all in close proximity, two of them at walking distance (10 minutes). Several more breathtaking beaches are located just a short drive away.

The town center is at walking distance, it can be easily reached with a pleasant 10 minutes stroll for a nice dinner in one of the several excellent restaurants that serve typical Sardinian specialties, or for a delicious gelato in the town's piazza and shopping in one of the numerous shops selling local art and crafts.

San Pietro island, with the lovely town of Carloforte, is easily reachable with a 20 minutes ferry ride from Calasetta's harbor for more spectacular beaches.

For the traveler interested in history and art, the nearby town of Sant'Antioco offers a wide cultural choice, with museums and archaeological sites of great significance.
