Excellent location. Close to everything and quiet during the evenings. We would stay here again. No lift to the 4 th floor but it wasn’t a problem for our family.

Appreciated the communication and the apartment was great! I failed to read there was no lift, but the host helped with our heavy suitcases. So kind! Great location.

Very clean. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. It is four flights of stairs to get the apartment. This was not a problem for our group. The only thing that could have been better is the air conditioning. We were here in June during a heat wave and the 3 mini split AC’s could not keep up. The two upstairs room were very hot. We had a great time and loved the space. The patio was amazing and we were able to wash our clothes too.

Great Location and comfortable set up for a family

Our family of 6 had everything that we needed when we stayed in Florence. The location was very walkable and we felt safe the entire time. Would rebook this home again if we were ever back in the area.

Family Trip

Great visit in Florence. Property was very convenient and spacious for our family of 5. The neighborhood was nice and convenient to all areas. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here in the dead of summer, with a heat wave. The apartment had wonderful AC which was huge. It’s beautiful and feels like you’re part of the city. Everything was clean and comfortable for us. Everything we did was walking distance with easy access to the train station.

Florence 2 Nights

Good location near Accademia. Beds and linens were clean. Nice kitchen that was well stocked. Bathrooms are a bit old and dated.

Close to everything

Location was terrific. Plenty of space for family of 4. Glad to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace with view of the duomo. Screens in some of the windows would have made it even better since we had beautiful weather.

Great location

The apartment was very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. The area was safe and walkable. We were just minutes by foot from great food and the area around the Duomo. We were also close enough to the train station to make travel to and from Florence easy. The one downside for some is that the property is at the top of the building with no elevator. You have to climb up 3-4 floors.

Nice place to stay in Florence.

Not fancy, but nice. Has everything you need. Host very gracious. Easy to contact. Nice location within the city and made it easy to walk to different restaurants, etc. Only thing that could be improved is bed comfort. It’s an IKEA mattress but could use an egg crate or something to increase softness. Otherwise, great place.

Charming place but moldy bathrooms

This is a charming place but it has moldy bathrooms, broken and dirty blinds. It was okay like I did not need to leave but I would not stay there again. The location was good but almost 60 stairs to the apartment.

Good clean comfortable space

Downstairs shower really does have only cold water mixing valve needs to be replaced. Location is a block away from great it felt like we needed to be in pairs when leaving the apartment at night, within a couple of blocks it was great. Otherwise it was a great spacious stay clean and comfortable.

Great place for walking in Florence

An apartment with so much space, great view and walkable. We could have stayed many more days. It would be considy4th floor apartment in the U.S., so be ready for stairs. It was wothe every step.

Beautiful apartment in convenient location

The apartment is great. It is a third floor (ground floor then first, second ,third) walk up, so consider when booking if you have physical limitations. The location was super convenient to everything but also very serine. The back terrace looked out over yards and was quiet for such an urban setting. The overall concept is OPEN with the bathrooms and downstairs bedroom as the only rooms with doors. The place appeared modern and was clean. We would definitely stay there again.
