Beautiful detached riverside holiday home overlooking the River Conwy, close to Snowdonia. Ideal for family stays, with three bedrooms, a private enclosed garden and decking, and parking for two to three cars. Children will love the space and river views, while parents can relax in peaceful surroundings. Well located for Snowdonia adventures, coastal days out and nearby attractions. Superb place to stay in North Wales

Ideally located, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with beautiful views, this holiday home has all that is required and more. This was our second visit.

5 star house in wonderful location

Relaxing house in picturesque area. Well equipped with good Wi-Fi. Within walking distance from a very good pub with food. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Fungrimage House

Stunning house and gardens, we were walking parts of the Pilgrims way so perfect place for us, dogs had a good few zoomies in garden. Had a meal at local hotel was fabulous. Everything we needed for our lovely short stay would highly recommend it

Weekend Away

We had a great time and the house was superb. We had everything we needed and the views were incredible.The beds were so comfortable and the local pub Tal y Cafn was really nice and lovely food.We shall definitely return

We chose this area because it offers such a beautiful mix of scenery and variety. Being close to Snowdonia means you are surrounded by mountains, rivers and open countryside, yet still within easy reach of beaches, villages and family friendly attractions. The setting by the River Conwy is especially special, as it feels peaceful and slow paced, with the landscape changing throughout the day and seasons.

We have spent a lot of time in this house over the years and truly fell in love with the place. What we enjoy most is how flexible the area is for families. Days can be active with walks, outdoor adventures and exploring North Wales, or completely relaxed with time spent in the garden, by the river or visiting a local pub or café. It is a place where families can properly switch off and enjoy being together in a beautiful natural setting.

Sitting directly beside the River Conwy, the house offers beautiful views, a calm atmosphere and a private enclosed garden where children and dogs can play safely while adults relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Being close to Snowdonia while still within reach of beaches, attractions and villages gives families lots of choice without long journeys.

We have spent many happy years in this home ourselves, and that is what truly sets it apart. It is a place that feels loved, lived in and welcoming, rather than just a place to stay.
