Amazing Stay

Property is very well maintained, safe, plenty of parking. Located in a great area for easy travel to and from other locations, either by foot or by car. Close proximity to food and restaurants. View was exceptional. Apartment had everything we needed for a spectacular vacation. Great beaches nearby. Hosts were also very accommodating. There was nothing negative about our stay and would come back again and again.

Un sejour de rêve

L'appartement est vraiment superbe, il est tres joliment meublé et decoré et dispose de toutes les facilités dont on pourrait avoir besoin. La vue sur mer à partir de la terasse est sublime et l'emplacement à proximité de la plage, restaurants et magasins est tres pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié notre sejour.

Plus que parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Casa Pendana. Nous nous sentions à la maison et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et même plus. Chris et Carol ont envoyé des explications super claires pour les clés et le logement. Les photos sur VRBO ne rendent pas justice à ce merveilleux appartement. Il est idéalement situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage, de restaurants et d’une épicerie. La plage est splendide et beaucoup moins occupée que les plages avoisinantes. Super endroit que nous recommandons chaudement! Merci Chris et CArol pour tout!

Tres bel appartement

L appartement de chris est très spacieux, 2 grandes chambres avec 2 belles salles de bain, un grand séjour et une belle cuisine bien équipée et aménagée La terrasse donne sur la piscine ainsi qu une belle vue sur la mer. Restaurants supermarché et plage à moins d 1 km. Pour ceux qui veuillent découvrir la station balnéaire de porches avec ses magasins et bars une voiture est recommandée. Logement très propres et propriétaire très reactif.. A recommander Sebastien

Première vacances à porches.

Une excellente location,il ya tout ce qu'il faut faut, arrivée au top avec ce qui faut pour faire un café ou un thé .l'environnement 5 étoiles nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine car il y avait trop de choses avoir .je recommande cette location les yeux fermés j'espère revenir l'année prochaine mais plus longtemps 10 jours ce n'est pas suffisant pour tout faire.

Super Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Super gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Pool, die Nähe zum Strand und zu einem gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt waren optimal (für uns auch ohne Mietauto). Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern der Wohnung Carol und Chris war super nett und problemlos. Vielen Dank

Perfect to rest

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you will need for your holidays. The place is very quite and the pool is never crowded. Everything went as planned and the communication with the owner was perfect. There are supermarkets restaurants and beaches in walking distance. To go to Armação de Pera and other lovely beaches you should have a car, or you can use Uber service. It was a pleaseur to stay this year in Pendana House. Best regards, José, Ana, Carolina

Sehr schöne ferienwohnung

Sehr gepflegte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete ferienwohnung. In der küche ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht,bis auf kleinigkeiten wie knoblauchpresse und reibe,die kaputt war.sonst war alles perfekt. Ein sehr grosser kühlschrank mit grossem gefrierschrank ist vorhanden. Zwei sehr schöne badezimmer mit fön und alles was man braucht ist da.die duschköpfe müssten erneuert werden, da es seitlich raus spritzt. Schlafzimmer grosses doppelbett mit guten matrazen. Balkon herrlich zum frühstücken,da die sonne erst gegen mittag auf diese seite kommt,aber sonnenschirm vorhanden. Zu erwähnen der pool,der sehr gepflegt wird. Wir waren jeden morgen vor dem frühstück schwimmen undam späten nachmittag nochmal. Lage der ferienwohnung eher ruhig,auch wenn die strandstrasse sehr befahren ist.leider wird auch dortwie überall in portugal sehr viel gebaut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl ģefühlt,hatten unsere tochter eines abends zu besuch,die auch von der einrichtung der wohnung begeistert war. Schmerzlich nehmen wir abschied , würden aber die wohnung bei einem weiteren portugalurlaub sofort wieder nehmen. Hervorzuheben sind die besitzer der wohnung carol und chris.sie tun wirklich alles,das es ein gelungener urlaub wird,vielen dank.

Our stay!

Casa Pendana was everything we hoped and more! We've been to the area a few times before so we knew lots of the restaurants and beaches but our hosts left so much information if we didn't. The apartment was modern, clean and just like our home for the two week stay we had booked. We had to contact the host for a very quick question and they were very quick to reply which was reassuring that they cared about our needs. Attention to detail was an obvious 'must' for the host and nothing had been spared. Would definitely book with them again if we're back in the area which we do hope to be. Thanks for lending us your home!

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns vom ersten Moment richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden - die Küche hat alles was man benötigt bis hin zum Milchshaker und Orangenpresse. Auch Utensilien für den Strand und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Man hat eigene Liegen am Pool und auch trotz Hauptsaison war dort nicht viel los. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut - man geht ca. 5-10 Minuten zum Strand und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem großem Supermarkt. Auch die gute Ausgangslage in alle Richtungen für diverse Ausflüge ist ideal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und problemlos. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Stayed July 2019

We are just home from an amazing stay at this Apartment. We were provided with everything you could possibly need on a holiday. It really was a home away from home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very central. We were a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket and great quality restaurants which was brilliant with small kids. The owner was great to deal with and was extremely helpful with all our queries. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone but especially families with small children as the Children’s pool is quiet large and very safe. We will be back!

A well cared for apartment, everything we needed was was there.We had a wonderful stay.

The complex was small and well looked after.Casa Pendana was in the ideal spot for sea views and watching over the swimming pools from the balcony. A big thank you for the welcome pack on our arrival, with everything needed to start the holiday off to a good start. The beds were of good quality as were the pillows and slept well every night. Chris and Carol couldn’t of been more helpful, with a very quick response to questions asked .Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Portugal. Wir durften 14 Tage in der Unterkunft Casa Pendana wohnen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Aufteilung ist wie beschrieben. Es gibt so gar einen zweiten Pool, der auf dem Bild in der Beschreibung nicht zu sehen ist. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Strand zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Daher volle 5 Sterne. Lieben Gruß Christoph

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Vermieter

Eine gut gepflegte und eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Zubehör, etwa Sonnenschirmen für den Strand. Sie liegt in einem netten Appartment-Komplex. Im Juni war es dort angenehm ruhig, auch die sehr schönen Strände in der Nähe waren nicht überlaufen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Ungefragt erstatteten sie uns z.B. 20 Euro, da im Willkommenspaket etwas fehlte (was wir gar nicht bemerkt hätten). Sehr zu empfehlen!

of the area, and we decided in 2015 to purchase a condo in the 'Areias de Porches' complex. We hope you will enjoy the area and its surroundings as much as we do.

This modern condo complex is located in Alporchinos and is a 5 minute walk to the 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve - Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova which are inter connected by a tunnel through the cliffs.

The condo comes with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.
The master bedroom contains a safe for your use.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with views of the sea.
The condo comes with air conditioning and heating. The lounge/dining room leads to a balcony with panoramic views of the Ocean.

The condo complex consists of 3 communal swimming pools and a tennis court.
4 Sun Loungers are provided for use at the pool. 2 Beach Umbrellas are provided
for your enjoyment. 2 cooler bags with ice packs are also provided for your picnic at
the beach.

views of the ocean.
The 2 beautiful beaches, the Inter Marche grocery store and restaurants are all
within a 5 minute radius from the property.

palate.

Porches is noted for its beautiful and colourful pottery. Shopping in Albufeira is
a 15 minute drive away.
