Great location

Loves that this property is 15 minutes from the heart of St.George. There is a great park within walking distance. There is also a wonderful bike park called snake hallow which has something for every level of mountain biker or bmx biker. There are many good take home foods and a grocery store within walking distance as well. The pool is great and heated! However, the spa pump was broken and barely bubbling. There were old drink bottles and garbage everywhere so it wasn't terribly clean. We even watch a team of two men come in and pick up a few pieces of trash and skip by the rest. Still we had fun on our stay and enjoyed the proximity of the property. Unit 1 had many amenities. It was a comfortable stay for 8 guests. Came with pool towels and enough bathroom towels. Wish they would clean the comforters, pillows and blankets; as those aren't cleaned between guests but is a regular practice of many hotels. The carpet is in need of a shampoo. Overall, we had a great stay! We would definitely come back.

Great location, but lacking

We've stayed in this neighborhood seven or eight times over the past few years and love the different pools and nearby scenery and activities available. This home was missing the pool key upon arrival and when I reached out via the app, text, and phone I didn't get a response until the next day. Even then they just asked if I had found it yet and didn't answer any follow up questions I responded with. The phone number listed was disconnected. When I called the text number I did get to speak to a person, but they just told me they were looking into it. We finally got a pool key after we had been there nearly 24 hours. Nobody ever did respond to my question about the Wi cord that was not provided. The customer service was severely lacking unfortunately, especially compared with previous stays. Upon arrival the carpet was still wet, having been cleaned, but dried crunchy, like it still had soap left in it. It also smelled faintly of smoke, but a glade plug in was trying to mask the scent. I would recommend the facilities, but not this particular house, despite it's convenient location, due to those incidents and lack of customer service.

Loved this house!

This was such a fun vacation. The only thing that I would have to complain is that when we got to the house the code that the property management gave us wouldn’t work and I had to call and they had to clear it. Then when we got in the house there was laundry in the washer and dryer, crumbs on the counter and no sheets on the bunk beds. I did reach out to the management team and they said they would send over the cleaners. But we never did see them. But over all the house was a forsure 10/10!! Such a great place. It was just the cleaners that didn’t do their job, nothing with the house its self! Loved the pools and location!!

Beautiful Home

Such a beautiful house. All one floor, no stairs. Has lots of appliances for a long term stay. Everything was great.

Grandsons baseball tournament

We’ve been coming every fall and spring to watch my grandson play baseball. This is our favorite place we’ve ever rented. We loved it. It is beautiful, clean, and has a really great water park. We loved it and hope to stay here again.

Great week of PTO

We loved the location and the amenities. We biked, we swam, groceries and near by food were great! We did snow canyon, the St. George children’s museum, the dinosaur museum, pioneer and red hills garden parks. We walked to near by playgrounds and played some pickle ball. There was lots to do and lots of fun! One thing I did learn is that deliveries via Amazon or the postal service and ups will not be made to a vacation rental. (Maybe something to list in the welcome packet.)

Beatiful Property and Amazing Pools!

Great except for the dirty carpet

It was so dirty it turned my babies knees and feet black when she crawled on it.

Rental set up for convenience of owner, not renter.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I’d say this rental was ok. Here are the issues I had. We arrived for check in at 4pm and the lock on the door displayed low battery. It took about 10 entries of the code for it to finally unlock. Many of the bowls and cups in the cabinets were dirty and had caked on stuff stuck to them. The throw blankets also had hard stains on them that clearly indicated they were not washed in a while. The freezer did not make ice. Which was a huge flaw for all of our warm beverages and the hot weather. The carpets in the rental were really in need of a clean. Lots of hardened spots on them that looked like a spill that was never cleaned up. While the cost of the rental was reasonable, the tacked on $200 cleaning fee was a shocker to me considering the place was not very clean at all. We even needed to wash and dry two full loads of towels and a load of dishes before we left so I’m not sure what that cleaning fee covers aside from sweeping the floor and making the beds.The pool keys were hanging up on a side wall hidden behind the curtain. The notes clearly indicated they would either be on the bulletin board or the kitchen counter. It took us the entire first day to find them and the office was closed so there was no one to contact for help until the next day. Lastly, the notice on what to recycle was in the garage, no where near the garbage bins. We don’t need to recycle where we live so this was a last minute thing that we noticed. Signs like that should maybe be in the kitchen or on the bulletin board where the guest will see it upon arrival and be able to separate their trash accordingly. We saw in on the way out and literally had to take all of our trash with us because it wasn’t separated I also hated that there was no one to contact about anything. An office number was all we had and it closed at 5pm. .

Great place to stay for vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at paradise village! The house was in a good location between the 2 pools. My kids loved all the pools there!! It was so nice that it is a close walk to a park and pickleball courts. There are games, towels, hair dryer, grill, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you need, even an air fryer! I do wish they had large shampoo and conditioner in their showers. As well as some lotion in the bathrooms. They had pickleball stuff, ping pong supplies, badminton, floaties for kids, frisbees, one bike, balls, etc. Right around the corner from Harmons and the dollar store. A place where you don’t even really have to leave the community to do other things! We would love to come back!
