3 rooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds). Each room has its own private bathroom. In the living room the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.

American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, induction stove.
Sonos sound system.
Plot is completely fenced which gives extra safety for children.
The pool can be heated if desired (mainly low season)

Since January 2022 there are works in front of the villa. These can make some noise during the week (no works on the weekend).
