This large villa suited our family get together very well. The aspect of views over the harbour made lovely and al fresco dining very enjoyable. The pool was enjoyed and has sufficient beds towels etc. The villa is well equipped for most things including catering needs. A car is needed and the supermarket is short drive so worth stocking up from airport. Prior to our arrival the owner answered questions promptly and we had no issues worth bothering about during our stay. The rubbish and recycling scheme we needed longer to get a grip on as is v complicated compared to home.

Ideal for a family stay on the island

the villa is perfect for a family with young children as both the terrasse and the pool are secured, it is in very good shape, superb seaview. Very convenient as each of the 5 bedrooms come with its own bathroom. Great memories were forged here. The host is incredibly helpful and accomodating, which greatly helped us deal with travel disturbances and other last minute change of plans. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, family friendly base to explore Menorca.

Superb stay in a beautiful location

The villa was beautiful and spacious for 12 people including 6 children. The pool was excellent and used for hours every day. Everything was well maintained and clean. The views across Mahon were lovely and the communication was brilliant. Anything we needed to know Jo responded with answers and information. I would definitely recommend this villa for any family or group of friends staying in Menorca. You would need a vehicle though because apart from the local shop there are no other places within walking distance. Thank you for a such a lovely stay.

El alojamiento fue perfecto para nosotros, una familia de 8 adultos y 2 niños de 2 y 5 años. La casa estaba en impecables condiciones. La comunicación con Jo y luego con Jackie fue perfecta , nos ayudaron y fueron flexibles con el horario del check in y el check out. Esperamos volver pronto !!

séjour parfait, maison parfait, propriétaire parfait

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très belle, spacieuse, propre, calme, climatisé bénéficiant d'une magnifique vue, d'une piscine agréable et d'une grande terrasse. propriétaire attentif et soucieux d'aider ses locataires à passer un bon séjour. nous recommandons vivement cette location.

location a retenir

Propriété au calme, avec une vue bien dégagé sur Cala Llonga et Mahon Bien équipé (deux frigo, vaisselles, ...) Espace très bien dimensionnée pour deux familles avec enfants. (Piscine, 5 chambres, 5 SDB, 6 Wc ...) Le grand plus : la terrasse ombragée et protégée des vents dominant, et son mobilier adéquat pour 10 personnes. Merci à Jo, Jacky et Peter pour leurs accueils et disponibilités

Une semaine magnifique en famille

Nous avons loué la maison de Jo pour un séjour en famille à 10 (dont 4 enfants) et nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison est grande et confortable, fraîche même en août. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. Les terrasses extérieures sont très agréables, particulièrement celle du haut où on peut passer des heures, tous les soirs notamment. Sans parler de la piscine qui a plu à tous ! Le quartier est calme, avec une petite supérette. On accède facilement à l'ensemble de l'île, de Mahon juste à côté à Ciutadella (à une heure environ), en passant par les plages du sud et les falaises du nord. On aurait envie de rester plus longtemps !

Spacious villa, plenty of outside space and a lovely view

Layout worked well and it was nice for each room to have its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and laundry really well-equipped. Being super picky, an outside shower would have been great and more towel rails in some of the bathrooms would help too. But overall everyone had a great time and we were as happy to spend time in the villa as on the beaches.

A beautiful villa with great views & so much space

What a beautiful villa, the views across the harbour are stunning and the huge balcony/terrace is just perfect for outside living. On arrival the villa was very clean and ready for us, the property is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The property is situated in a lovely quite area, but we would always recommend hiring a car to explore Menorca's beautiful beaches etc. Just 2 mins stroll down the hill is a really good little supermarket for supplies. I would highly recommend this villa and it would be perfect for more than one family holidaying together as is very spacious.

Casa in linea con le aspettative !!!

Casa confortevole, piacevolmente arredata con ampi spazi esterni, per cui nell'insieme una esperienza più che consigliabile. suggerirei un paio di spunti migliorabili: - il WiFi non è molto pratico ed il collegamento difficile (magari unificare le password aiuterebbe) - manca la carta igienica - il parcheggio è solo per due auto medio/piccole.

Vacanza con Amici.....!!!

Inizio la recensione ringraziando Jo la proprietaria, sempre gentile discreta e disponibile... Grazie...!!! La Villa è collocata a cala Llonga sulla splendida baia di Mahon , la sua posizione panoramica vi permette di avere una una vista mozzafiato sul suo porto, che potete raggiungere in pochi minuti di macchina necessaria per raggiungere la casa, lungo la cortina del porto troverete numerosi ristoranti e locali dove poter mangiare o comprare dell' ottimo pesce. La casa è molto grande con cinque stanze da letto una monto bella, al piano superiore e quattro al piano inferiore, tutte con bagno e doccia in camera. La casa ha una cucina completa tutto il necessario per darvi la possibilità di cucinare in completa autonomia, visto che i prezzi per andare nei vari ristoranti dell' Isola son abbastanza alti. Tutta la casa possiede un impianto di climatizzazione centralizzato e molto efficiente. I punti di forza della casa sono la splendida terrazza, dove poter trascorre piacevoli serate in compagnia, ed in totale Relax e la piscina che non è molto grande ma è molto graziosa e panoramica, corredata da 8 lettini prendi sole, ed un grande ombrellone. Per finire un suggerimento, noleggiate una macchina e visitate più possibile tutte le calette e le spiagge che potete, meritano un 10 e lode.

Fantastic villa for a family get together

We recently stayed at this villa for a family get together - 9 adults and 3 children. A beautiful location and a great villa which suited all our requirements. The owner Jo was very helpful during our early discussions and very accommodating to ensure that we had a great stay. The villa has 5 bedrooms - 4 with en suites which gave everyone their own space and privacy. We spent a lot of time on the sheltered outside balcony which was very large and great for evening meals, catching up and chilling out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The swimming pool was perfect for us, a great place to relax and cool off with plenty of recliners and shade for the children, a great place to finish off the day. One of our best holidays so relaxing and much of this was down to this lovely villa, its location and Jo, the owner’s attention to detail. – Thank you.

A stunning villa with great harbour views

We had a lovely week in this very spacious villa. It was situated in a quiet area with views across the harbour as pictured. On arrival it was all ready for us and spotlessly clean. The property is very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen to cook for 7 hungry adults. The highlight was having a heated pool, which we could use every day in April/May. The property was well situated for exploring this beautiful island, but a car is needed. We were pleased that the description and pictures on the site were accurate. The information forwarded by the owner before our visit was very helpful. Thank you so much Jo.
