Loved this villa and especially the owners who were so helpful anytime we needed information or help in anyway. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the location and the surrounding small towns.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The host was very helpful also and gave us some good ideas of where to visit during our stay. The villa was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The wine produced on the property was of good quality also.

Thank your warm hospitality! We had the best 10 days here at Villa Il Prato. We loved the swimming pool (especially Aino) playing boccia and table tennis and cooking & eating the italian food, while enjoying your Chinti wines! We are definitely going to miss these relaxed days under the Tuscay sun after returning to our rainy and really cold Finland. Grazie 10-20.05.2016 Jukka, Elina and family

Amazing

The stay was amazing. We were 11 adults 4 children and 2 babies and our stay was perfect. The house is conceived in a way that you have a certain privacy while sharing the main areas. The pool is incredible, the space outside is huge, and the hosts were always available if needed. We also reserved a chef who cooked at our home one night (delicious) and finally, their own wine is very nice. We all agreed that it was an amazing stay. Thank you !

Séjour formidable dans un lieu parfait, tres bien entretenu avec tout le confort. Sabrina et Paolo ont été particulièrement disponibles. nous avons aussi gouté le vin de la propriété et suivi un cours de cuisine avec Maria Rosaria De Luca : parfait Un grand merci à tous.

De ligging van de locatie is prachtig, vanaf beide kanten is het een prachtige slingerweg omhoog naar de villa, eenmaal door de elektronisch bedienbare poort gekomen was er alle ruimte om onze 6 auto's kwijt te kunnen. (En er is nog genoeg ruimte voor meer) Elke slaapkamer is comfortabel en heeft een eigen badkamer en er is genoeg ruimte om in ons geval met een groep van 9 comfortabel te slapen, ontbijten, koken, barbecueën en te ontspannen. Het zwembad was een beetje fris in deze tijd van het jaar, wel lekker als het geen 20 °C is. De villa is opgedeeld in 4 (voormalig) appartementen en een bijgebouw met elk een eigen keuken en woonkamer, zo is er nog extra ruimte om je terug te trekken. Voor de villa is er plek om overdekt buiten te zitten onder de overkapping en achter de villa is er een prachtige ruimte met een grill. De regio is ook echt prachtig, er is veel te zien en te doen. Als je er op uit gaat met een grote groep of grote familie is dit een heerlijke plek om je rustig terug te kunnen trekken en zijn veel mooie steden in een goed uur aan te rijden. Ook zitten er plenty goede restaurants in de regio. Wat ook positief opviel was de eigenaar, we zijn ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Ook hebben we een aantal goede tips meegekregen voor bezienswaardigheden. Ze was verder erg flexibel met uitchecken al met al perfect, hier zo ik zo weer terugkomen! Ontzettend bedankt voor alle goede zorgen Sabrina! [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The location of the site is beautiful, from both sides it is a beautiful winding road up to the villa, once through the electronically controlled gate there was plenty of room to park our 6 cars. (And there is still enough room for more) Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bathroom and there is enough space to sleep, have breakfast, cook, barbecue and relax comfortably with a group of 9 in our case. The pool was a bit chilly at this time of year, but nice when it is not 20 °C. The villa is divided into 4 (former) apartments and an annexe, each with its own kitchen and living room, so there is extra space to retreat to. In front of the villa there is a place to sit outside under the canopy and behind the villa there is a beautiful space with a grill. The region is also really beautiful, there is a lot to see and do. If you are going out with a large group or large family, this is a wonderful place to retreat to and many beautiful cities can be reached ...

The house was incredible. We were 11 adults and 6 children and the domain and its rooms were so convenient that we all had our privacy. The pool is amazing, the wine they produce is good and the atmosphere of this house made our stay between friends really unforgettable.

Amazing property! Was perfect for our extended family of 16 (4 families). The various sections gave privacy to each family. The big table in the main section was big enough for all of us to eat together. The house is equipped with full kitchen and a barbecue. Internet connection was not very stable. Drive to the nearest supermarket, restaurants and ice cream is about 15 minutes of winding beautiful road. The owner is super nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations. There’s a really nice pool which we didn’t use since it wasn’t warm enough.

We had a great vacation and the house was very nice. Only point to improve is WIFI. It only worked in the common area with very low speed. This was quite an irritant.

This villa is amazing! Our combined family of 12 ( ranging from 2-67years) have had beautiful holiday. The owners are passionate about ensuring theirs guest have maximum comfort . The surrounding area is stunning and Florence , Sienna and many more places are only an hour away. We cannot recommend this villa enough! Thank you Sabrina x
