Lovely home and place

Lovely home, nice location, friendly host and people. Everything was perfect and Bob is a super host. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic holiday

Impressive Chalet with a superb living area and plenty of space for a bit of piece and quiet as well. 5 good bedrooms and one very small single provided more than enough for the whole three generation family I hope we can come again to the best chalet we could aspire to.

Lovely property and excellent host

Bob wad so helpful throughout the process. Property was lovely and worked perfectly for us. Only downside were the bathrooms, otherwise we couldn't fault it.

We’re glad the chalet worked perfectly for you all Sarah. Sorry to hear you didn’t like the bathrooms. They are all large, functional and super-clean, so we think you must mean the tiles, which admittedly are dated! Although a few weeks ago a guest told us he found the upstairs bathroom charming and was glad we hadn’t modernised it!

The most amazing chalet and host

Blow backwards upon arrival to this wonderfully decorated roomy yet homey chalet.It has all you need: plenty of bedrooms and baths, well equipped kitchen and a big oak dining room table around which you sit and reminisce the days on the slope.

Les Contamines, first week in April

We had a wonderful time staying in Bob’s beautiful chalet. Very well equipped and clean, this was a wonderful place to stay. Ample parking for 3 cars. We chose to drive the 3 mins to the lift each day, though there is a shuttle I believe. Great resort and great place to stay, many thanks Bob.

We had great communication with Bob the host who checked us in. The chalet itself is gorgeous with great features and a beautiful setup. Thanks for having us, if we visit the region again we’d be sure to try and book this property again.

Great break with the family

Lovely chalet in a quiet spot overlooking the village ( we were able to watch the New Year fireworks from one of the terraces which was a bonus ). For skiing, the property is easily walkable to the main telecabines at le Lay and the route is straightforward for drop offs / pickups , or taking the bus, if either of those are the preferred route . The accommodation was perfect for our extended family get together, with a large open plan living dining area and multiple options for bedrooms. Huge storage in the basement / garage for kit . Bob was a great host, really helpful prior to our trip and a pleasure to meet upon arrival .

Super chalet avec grande salle de séjour causy, lits confortables. Dommage que les salles de bain soient démodées et qu’il n’y ait pas de photos sur le site.

Accueil et gestion très bien Voisinage nous empêchant d'être sur la terrasse à 23h (sans musique) qui a quelque peu gâché nos soirées. Autrement très bien !

Neige de printemps

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un chalet ultra -cosy. Ski , randos et soirées au coin du feu. De l’espace pour tous. Bob est un hôte charmant et attentionné. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour famille février 2024

Très agréable chalet pour 11 personnes Délicate attention à l’arrivée : table dressée , bouteilles offertes , lits faits. Cuisine parfaitement équipée. Vaisselle suffisante pour 11. Même des flûtes à champagne. Literie confortable. Garage à disposition pour stocker confortablement ski chaussures ( avec sèche chaussures) lave linge sèche linge bref au top Relations épistolaires avec Bob très cordiales. Dommage que l’on n’ait pas pu se rencontrer.

Erholsamer Familienurlaaub

Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus was alles für uns 12 Personen (3 Familien) bot was wir so brauchten - die Kaffeezubereitung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ;) Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet für alle genügend Platz sowie Möglichkeiten sich zurück zu ziehen um Ruhe zu genießen. Bob stand stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber - DANKE nochmals! Umgebung: Beim Bäcker im Dorf unbedingt die Croissants probieren. Einkaufen sollte man z.B. in Intermarche SUPER in Domancy - im Ort selbst alles etwas teuer. Es gibt es tolle Orte und Wanderrouten in der Nähe und so findet man schnell eine angenehme Entspannung.

Chalet tres bien agencé, bien placé. Tout y est tres bien. On ne manque de rien. Proprietaire sympathique, soucieux du detail, soucieux du bien etre de ses locataires. Au calme avec une tres belle vue sur les Contamines. A recommander !

Très beau chalet au calme, pas très loins des pistes. Chalet très bien agencé, nous étions 12 adultes et un bébé. Bob est un hôte très réactif et attentionné Nous recommandons ce chalet
