The most prime spot in all of Rincon.really cool Rooms and courtyard to lounge or grill.Owner was super friendly and knowledgeable.Can’t wait to go back

Short getaway for fishing and surfing

The property location is fantastic. Owner is very detailed in communications. A genuinely fun place to stay in a really cool area

Beautiful spot in Paradise

We loved our stay at Pelican Point. Sandy Beach is beautiful, the view from our balcony was perfect. Jim was a great host, he was very helpful and had a wealth of local knowledge about where to go and what to do.

Escape To Paradise!

We’ve lived on and visited world class beaches and this place is as good as any of them! Jim is a brilliant host The condo and the beach is perfect if you need to escape your miserable life!

We had an excellent stay at Pelican Point, where we spent a relaxing week exploring the area. The unit was comfortable and well stocked, and we especially liked the deck and patio area, which has a gazebo, hammocks, grills, etc. Sandy Beach is a great place to swim in the summer when the waves are small, and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Get away with my dad.

Went with my dad to relax and get away on the anniversary of his wife’s death. It was the perfect relaxing space! Jim was super helpful with lots of amazing food recs. The ability to walk right onto the beach couldn’t be beat!

Very nice condo right on a gorgeous beach. The condo was just as advertised, not fancy but very comfortable. It was right on the best swimming beach we found in Puerto Rico. Pleasant comfortable courtyard just as shown. Communication with the owner was excellent and he gave lots of excellent advice about what to do and where to eat in the area. Highly recommend

Beach front paradise

Pelican Point was perfect for our girls’ trip with me, my two teenage daughters, and my mom. Sandy Beach is amazing, and we loved being able to relax in the courtyard chaises or hammocks under the palm trees. All our neighbors were nice, and Jim’s communication before and during our trip was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rincon!

Great Stay !!

Location and view is amazing. The host (Jim) was very friendly and accomdating. before we arrived, Jim provided a list of activities, restaurants etc. and all his recommedations were spot on! We stayed in unit C on 2nd floor. The view from the terrace was perfect ! We will definately return in the future.

This place is simply amazing. The location & views is why I choose pelican point every time. It makes coming to Rincon super easy. Having everything in your backyard is definitely a plus

AMAZING! Highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Point. The owners communication was spot on. The location was ideal! It was clean and comfortable. We loved the beach that was just steps away from our deck! We loved the food that was nearby. We loved everything about it! We will definitely be back.

Loved it!

Great location! Right on Sandy Beach! Amazing view from our terrace patio! Accomodations were rusic but clean and very comfortable! Couldn't ask for more from Jim the owner! Great guy! Great time definitely coming back!

Hesitate to Say How Much We Loved It

...for fear that the secret gets out. Love this place. Jim is a great guy. The vibe of Rincon, especially Sandy Beach, is tremendous.

Great spot next to the beach

We had a great time!! The spot was nice size with a nice balcony. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves crashing. The beach was great and never too crowded. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. Staying at Pelican definitely enhanced our PR trip. Thanks for having us!!

2-week stay

This was the perfect place for our family to rest and relax for 2 whole weeks. Our friends said our pictures look like a postcard. We used the hammocks, Adirondack chairs, surfboard, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrella, charcoal grill provided for us. We loved the balcony for coffee in the morning or cards in the evening. You can see the sunrise and sunset!

Amazing

It was right on the beach! Loved it! We went to other beaches but kept coming back to our beach because it was sandy not rocky, walkable and actually, really good surfing! Plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling googles, and umbrellas. 2 minute walk to Big Kahunas and you will experience the best burger on the island!

Paradiso

This was my 5th stay in this neighborhood and my absolute favorite spot on the island. Pelican Point has the best location, hands down. Wake up, check the surf from the balcony and spend the day on the beach out front. Beautiful courtyard, with hammocks, chairs, an umbrella and other fun supplies. I will definitely be staying here whenever I can. Great location for a long stay (we were there 15 nights), as we could both do our own thing on our own schedule but still be close by. Absolute paradise.

Best Beach Vacation!

We have been to Puerto Rico a dozen or so and Pelican Point is the best for a beach vacaBeautiful beachfront property RIGHT ON THE AMAZING SANDY BEACH.Our host, Jim, was most accommodating and we saw his exceptional rapport with all his guests. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. Jim would ask each day if there was something we needed. Out stay was 2 weeks and we were not ready to leave.Already booked our next year’s trip!We give Jim and Pelican Point our highest rating possible !

Great Location

Pelican Point was in the perfect spot for a quick little surf trip with my son for graduation. There were surf breaks on both sides of the property. The courtyard area was cool to hang out in as well. It was interesting talking with the other guest about Rincon and the other surf spots. The property was comfortable, safe and provided all of your needs. We will most likely return here one day. P.S. Sana Farm to Table was delicious for brunch/lunch options.

Beautiful, chill, great beach location

We are so happy with our stay here! Carlos is awesome, so helpful and full of information. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed grilling out a couple of nights and walking to nearby places for dinner. Carlos also gave some other great recommendations for beaches and dining. We really enjoyed sitting on the beach in front of the place and reading books in the morning (and afternoon) and going for swims right there. We also walked down the street to Barefoot Yoga several times in the mornings. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!
