Second time here

We returned for our second time because we fell in love with this condo and the location on our first stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Joan was a great and available host. The beaches were close by and the coastal pathways were spectacular. We hope to come again.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH AMAZING VIEW

The two week stay was perfect. Joan is a thoughtful host and very attentive to guest satisfaction. The announcement corresponds to what the house offers: large, very clean and welcoming, with a large terrace with sea view. A rental solution that I highly recommend

Fabulous stay

We had a truly wonderful stay at apartment. The apartment has everything you need just like home. Great location. We had a problem with boiler and Joan had it replaced fabulous. Also left our laptop and Joan is sending it home for us couldn't ask for better service so kind .

Once again a great stay

Last summer we rented this apartment in Llanca for the first time and our stay was so comfortable and good that we decided to come back once again this summer. Everything about the apartment is very good and in the apartment there are a lot of useful information about the area so that you can make the most of your stay. Joan Anton is a great host. He quickly responds when you have any questions and he is very helpful. Who knows, maybe we will be back for a third time.

Greta vacation

I can highly recommend Joan’s apartment. It is located 2 minutes away by foot from the sea. A supermarket is in the neighborhood and most important, the apartment itself is confortable, and well equipped. Joan is the kind of owner who wants his guests to enjoy their stay and does everything accordingly. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruits, took time for us, and even contacted me after 24 hours to see if everything was ok. The region is beautiful, and great for people who like swimming, snorkeling and hiking! My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Joan!

A perfect stay for a summer holiday

Before our stay the host Joan quickly answered the qustions we had and even promised to arrange for a barbeque to be available. When we arrived by train in Llanca we were met at station by Joan and driven to the apartment. At the apartment he showed and told us everything we needed to know to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It was a very short walk to the beach, grocery store, port and train station so we managed without a car. We stayed for ten nights and our family, with three teenagers, had a wonderful time in Llanca thanks to Joan’s guidance and the apartment that had everything we needed and more. Our hosts had really thought of everything. When leaving Joan kindly took us to the station again. We will definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay.

For the first week we were 4 adult friends in our 70s staying in Llanca without a car. We loved the views from the terrace and watching the amazing skies from sunrise to sunset and were even treated to a rainbow. An easy walk to two beaches. We walked to town for groceries and dining as we decided not to rent a car and used local taxis for day trips. It was a short walk to town that included an uphill climb that might be difficult for some with mobility issues. Because we did not speak Spanish we had a bit of trouble engaging taxis but got by with the kindness of strangers and Google translate! The place was immaculate and stocked with all the conveniences you needed. Joan Anton was very responsive when we had a scare about a lost wallet (which was later found) by contacting the police for us. Felix Garcia was the taxi driver we used the most and he took us to Port de la Selva and Cadaques as well as getting us to the train station with luggage. We also took the train to Figures. The second week two friends left and we were joined by my son and daughter-in-law from Germany who rented a car which simplified getting around and allowed us to see some of the many wonderful sights in the area. They included the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, a relaxing 2 hour boat trip from Cadaques, Pals and a wonderful organic winery in Selva de Mar, named Estela tucked in the hills and farmed for 35 years by a woman and her sons. We really loved this little corner of Spain!

A Wonderful Treat

This condo exceeded our expectations. We saw the excellent reviews, but rarely does a place live up to them as this one did. Joan had thought of so many helpful things for the kitchen to get us started on our stay. Thank you! The apartment was very clean with a beautiful large terrace that we loved. The views were gorgeous and both the beach(es) and the Coastal Path were just a few minutes walk away. As an aside, the Coastal Pathway is an absolute delight to walk. It’s wonderfully kept up and a beautiful walk either to town or the other direction. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped if you plan to cook. There was a grocery store at the bottom of the hill that was very handy, though it is a bit of a climb to get back to the condo with the groceries if you plan to walk It was very nice to have a garage; be aware though that it is a bit of a challenge to get your car in there. Bedrooms have a good amount of storage, but are definitely on the small side, something you should be aware of if you are planning to have multiple people there. Having two bathrooms is a real plus. The second bath is a full bath with shower and washing machine, but is small. Not a problem for us. My husband and I are both tall and for us the living room furniture was a bit low. Again, Joan was very attentive and very easy to communicate with. We’d love to come back.

A great stay!

Like all others did we can only speak positive about Juan Anton and his apartment. The communication before our arrival and during our stay was responsive and perfect. He is a very friendly and correct host. The apartment is in such a good condition that you feel to be the very first guest living in it. Due to big windows it is light-flooded. The beds are very comfortable. Juan Anton, who cared for nearly everything you need upon arrival, gave us wonderful suggestions concerning trips in this region of Catalunya, which has a diversified, marvellous landscape. You can take a walk to many of the small bays straight from the apartment. We were highly pleased with the visit of the monastery San Pere de Rodes and the walking-tours along Cap Ras and Cap Creus, not to forget the Cami di Ronda from Llanca to Port de la Selva (an excellent walking way of 2 to 2 1/2 hours 1 way). By car you can reach Figueres in 20 minutes, a small town with cafes and a small Rambla, as well as a Dali-Museum and a fortress. We made this tour a couple of times simply to enjoy Pinchos and Tapas at Sidreria Txot‘s (in the afternoon and evening it was always possible to find a free parking space at the Park Bosc). The medieval village of Besalú is a nice place to go to as is Girona with its ancient city wall and cathedral. We were very happy with the good weather at the beginning of October. So we even could enjoy the spacious terrace. To sum up: It was a great stay at the apartment which we can highly recommend and very pleasing to have met Juan Anton. Thanks a lot and all the best.

Fantastic vacation rental!

I found this apartment for my parents (ages 76 and 80) for a 3-week vacation. Our host was kind enough to meet us at the train station and show my parents around the apartment--how to use the appliances, get to the beach, etc. After one night in the apartment, both of my parents remarked that they could easily get used to living in such luxury! Having two bathrooms was especially convenient (and I've found to be rare in European rentals), and all of the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The kitchen has all modern conveniences, tons of cabinets, and an ideal lay-out for cooking. In fact, my entire family met at this apartment several times to enjoy meals on the terrace. Because we experienced an unusually high amount of rainfall, this was very nice: we could still enjoy the amazing views while dining under the covered terrace. In addition to the spacious terrace, my mother loved the private rose garden. Although there is an enclosed garage, we did not have a car. My parents found the short walk to a large supermarket to be easy enough. They enjoyed walking to the old village of Llanca almost daily, browsing the stores or just having coffee. On the other hand, the walk to the coastal path to reach several beaches was even easier! The train station is approximately 10-15 minutes on foot, and we traveled to nearby cities and sites easily. We have vacationed on the coast of France several times in the past and were seeking a quieter place with beautiful, less crowded beaches. We found that in Llanca but, without the host's incredible compilation of information (in several languages) regarding nearby sites of interest and activities, we would not have had such a great vacation! Thanks to their well-organized notebooks, my mother and I were able to choose day trips to suit all family members' interests. My only hesitation is writing this review is that I fear Llanca will become heavily trafficked and lose its tranquil charm! We are already looking forward to returning to Llanca next summer and will definitely stay with Joan.

Happy that despite an unusually rainy spring you could enjoy your stay in our apartment in Llançà. Actually Llançà is a peaceful and quiet place to spend your holidays and walk along the magnificent coastal and mountain paths and discover the surroundings. As you hope it does not spoil. Apartament Excel.lent. Molt recomanable

Ens ha agradat constatar que l’apartament és tal qual com es descriu i com mostren les fotos de l’anunci. Molt net, cuidat, còmode... amb una gran terrassa molt assoleiada i un jardí florit. A destacar que l’apartament és més a prop de la platja del que indica el maps i que l’accés a peu tant a la platja com al camí de ronda es ben fàcil.

Encantador

No hay nada malo que pueda decir del apartamento, es tal como se ve en las fotografías, cómodo, luminoso, limpísimo, la cocina muy bien equipada, todo perfecto. Lo mejor de todo es el propietario, Joan Antón es encantador, lo tiene todo ordenado y dispuesto para que no nos falte nada, nos indicó los mejores sitios para comer, salir, visitar, etc. Siempre atento, tuvimos un problema por el cual no pudimos venir hasta mucho más tarde de lo que seria razonable y él no tuvo reparos en adaptarse, incluso cuando tuvo que adaptar sus compromisos, para darnos el recibimiento perfecto. No hay duda de que repetiremos en cuanto tengamos ocasión.

Maravilloso

El apartamento de Joan es muy agradable, esta bien situado y cuenta con todos los servicios y equipos para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas en familia. Además, la terraza con la vista al mar y su orientación (soleada hasta las 4 de la tarde en esta época), nos permitió pasar momentos inolvidables. El apartamento cuenta con una documentación turística muy completa sobre las actividades que se pueden realizar en Llança y sus alrededores. Joan nos acogió con gran hospitalidad y tomó todo el tiempo necesario para mostrarnos el apartamento y sus servicios. Es alguien muy reactivo y está muy pendiente de sus huéspedes. Lidia, quien nos recibió el apartamento al final de nuestra estadía fue igualmente muy amable y profesional. Una experiencia que no dudaremos en renovar y que recomendamos con gran entusiasmo, inclusive en el invierno.

Fantàstic !!! // Fantástico !!! // A Must !!!

La nostre estança ha estat sensacional, i no podem menys que donar-li un "excel.lent" al lloc i als seus propietaris. Apartament molt ben ubicat i superquipat, amb detalls de cortesia fora de lo habitual. Recepció d'en Joan Anton, el propietari. amabilíssima, molt complerta i amb atenció per als mes petits detalls. Una llar on és nota que s'hi ha fet molta vida, i que enganxa : quants més dies hi passes, més detalls vas descobrint i més el valores. Menció especial per als sopars i les plàcides vetllades a la terrassa, des d'on es divisa el far de la punta de S'Arnella, i part de Port de la Selva i del Cap de Creus. Tranquil.litat extrema però a cinc minuts en cotxe del Port de Llançà, i a tres minuts a peu de les cales de Les Tonyines i la Farella, molt recomanables. Biblioteca interessant i ben seleccionada, dedicada en especial a la zona de Cap de Creus i voltants, a banda de abundant documentació recopilada per el propietari. I per si tot això fos poc, bon assortiment de jocs per a adults i nens. En resum : un lloc esplèndid, on es nota la voluntat del propietari de fer que la teva estança sigui inoblidable. Un 10. Nuestra estancia ha sido sensacional, y no podemos menos que darle un "excelente" al lugar y a sus propietarios. Apartamento muy bien ubicado y superquipado, con detalles de cortesía fuera de lo habitual. Recepción de Joan Anton, el propietario. amabilísima, muy completa y con atención para los más pequeños detalles. Un hogar donde se nota que se ha hecho mucha vida, y que debido a ello engancha: cuantos más días pasas, más detalles vas descubriendo y más lo valoras. Mención especial para las cenas y las plácidas veladas en la terraza, desde donde se divisa el faro de la punta de S'Arnella, y parte de Port de la Selva y del Cap de Creus. Tranquilidad extrema pero a cinco minutos en coche del Port de Llançà, y a tres minutos reales a pie de las calas de Les Tonyines y la Farella, muy recomendables. Biblioteca interesante y bien seleccionada, dedicada en especial en la zona de Cap de Creus y alrededores, además de abundante documentación recopilada por el propietario. Y por si todo esto fuera poco, gran surtido de juegos para adultos y niños. En resumen: un lugar espléndido, donde se nota la voluntad del propietario de hacer que tu estancia sea inolvidable. Un 10. Merci pour votre commentaire. Il est vrai que l'accès au parking nécessite des manœuvres. Heureusement, il y a des places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue, généralement à quelques mètres de l'appartement.

Excellent accueil et excellente communication avec Joan. Appartement fonctionnel, très bien situé, à deux pas des criques, des plages et des chemins de promenade le long de la côte. Supermarchés, accès au port et ses restaurants faciles. Seul bémol: garage difficile d’accès mais il y a toujours de la place pour se garer dans la rue à côté de l’appartement.

Super séjour, appartement très bien aménagé, spacieux, très bien équipé, lumineux, garage très apprécié, avec une terrasse très grande et vue sur la mer, plage de petits galets à 5min à pied, pas trop de monde, petites criques parfaites pour les enfants qui ont adoré la chasse au crabe et pu admirer pas mal de poissons. Seul petit bémol pour nous habitués au grand calme, la route en bas est assez passante et altère les soirées en terrasse. Mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, la tranquillité revient sans souci. Juan est d’une réactivité sans faille, conciliant et de très bons conseils. Nous reviendrons très prochainement sans hésitation.

Appartement très spacieux vue top

Appartement hyper bien équipé et très spacieux. Très grande terrasse avec barbecue. Rien ne manque ! Idéal

Logement grand et lumineur

Magnifique appartement sur Llançà, le propriétaire est disponible dès la reservation sur la plate-forme. Le logoment est spacieux et lumineux avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Il est bien équipé... c'est comme a la maison en fait!! Merci Joan piur cette semaine sur la Costa Brva

Très bon lieu de sejour

Appartement bien situé à proximité du sentier côtier et des plages dans petit immeuble. Les pièces sont lumineuses, le séjour donne sur une grande terrasse et la cuisine sur le jardin. Grilles pour les fenêtres et porte vitrée. Pièces lumineuses. Confort des chambres et salles de bains. Accueil aimable et facile avec le propriétaire.
