Wonderful place to stay!

My mother and I enjoyed our stay at Million Dollar View cottage. The scenery was beautiful, and the cottage had everything we needed. We rented a kayak for the week and enjoyed going out on the water every day. One day we even saw a seal in the bay. We also enjoyed the many parks and hiking trails nearby, and exploring St. Andrews and Ministers Island. Wonderful place to visit and a wonderful cottage to stay in!

Lovely Location

Peaceful Quiet location right on bay to watch tide flow from a long deck. Close to St. Andrew’s by the Sea (a picturesque historical town). Cottage is sweet and had that all that my husband, I and our pupper needed. If you want a quiet, private location, you will enjoy this stay.

Not kidding about the million dollar view!

Perfect 1 week stay, the weather and view from the deck is priceless. Host provides everything you require! Grocery store is only 10 minutes away and St Andrews is 20 minutes away so very convenient. Loved making smores by the firepit. PicHonestytpictures

Great place for families

We had a great time. There were lots of kid friendly toys and things to do. The kids had a blast. Something we didn’t know we needed was Disney+, which helped our family from going nuts on the rainy days. Overall, nice place, nice people :)

Million Dollar View

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for 5 nights. The views are spectacular and so peaceful. Watching the tides roll in and out was amazing.There was plenty to see, variety of birds, chipmunks, squirels, porpoises, eagles,and ducks. The eagles fished daily and were very entertaining to watch. The gated deck was greatly appreciated by our furkid. The cottage was clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. The hosts were readily available and a pleasure to talk to. The pictures and description on the site are accurate. We highly recomend this cottage, a great location to kick back and relax. Wonderful ocean side stay!!

We loved our stay - couldn't believe how interesting it was to watch the tide come in and out each day! A pair of bald eagles were nesting on the island in front of the cottage & would come and sit on the rocks as they emerged from the sea! The location was great - close to St Stephen, St Andrews by the sea & only half an hour to the ferry dock to Grand Manan island!

Just the vacation we needed

We had a thoroughly relaxing time that was so needed after a hectic couple of years. Perfect quiet spot to kick back and watch the wildlife and tides, yet close to amenities. Thank you Hansen Family for sharing your lovely cottage with us.

Great Spot

It's exactly as described and the host was attentive. I was in the area attending an outdoor event about 40 mins north of the cottage. Inland it was in the high 80s and humid but it was at least 15 degrees cooler with a nice breeze off the water at the cottage. So refreshing after being outside in that heat all day. It's tucked away and very private with a beautiful yard yet it's close to town where you can get just about anything you need. Highly recommend!

Great vacation!

We loved our vacation at the Million Dollar View cottage! Lovely views, and enjoyed looking at the view swinging on the bench swing! So relaxing! Also, having the two gates on both sides of the porch was great for a closed in area for our dog. We want to return next summer!

This property and the owners are fantastic!

We had a long drive and were tired when we arrived but walking into a property that was as welcoming and clean as this one is was a huge relief. There was even a box of chocolates and a welcome note for us which we found such a nice touch. After unpacking we sat outside to watch the tide and birds - extremely relaxing! We had one small issue during our stay but the owner’s response was immediate and resolved the issue. We wished we’d booked for a longer stay and would highly recommend this listing!

Super clean retreat in a gorgeous setting

This cottage is literally on the bay, with amazing almost 270 degree views! The constantly changing tides and wildlife provide endless entertainment. Tons of seating, indoor and out, to enjoy it, too. It feels very private, even though there are neighbors on both sides. This is by far the cleanest place in which we’ve stayed. Not a speck of dirt. Fully stocked with paper and cleaning products, which is MUCH appreciated. The kitchen is also fully stocked, even for people who like to cook, like us. Other than a couple of lunches at roadside clam shacks (highly recommend Ozzie’s), we didn’t go out to eat during our 12-day stay. All the better to enjoy that view! Location is very convenient, very close to a main road (but not close enough to be bothered by road noise), with a 7 min drive to major grocery stores. Lots of windows keep it full of light, and allow cooling breezes throughout the house. When the windows and shades are closed, though, we found that light and noise were completely blocked. The best part are the hosts. Always available, helpful, and so quick to respond. Very appreciated when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

NB Vacation

A nice spot to stay for 2 adults or a family with small children. Right on the water at high tide with a great view and a variety of water fowl, other birds and seals. We enjoyed a couple of evenings around the fire pit. Very close to St. Stephen and St. Andrews and to route 170 which provides a bit of road noise in an otherwise tranquil place.

Relaxing but close to local cities to explore

Best of both worlds, amazing views to enjoy, outdoor space with bonfire pit was perfect for to relax or simply sit on the large porch with a book and a coffee! We even were able to explore St Andrews and Saint Stephen on a couple of day trips! Wish we could've stayed longer. Very clean and easy to find. Definitely recommend.

Great little vacation

A great getaway

Highly recommended. Super clean cottage with a beautiful view and relaxing vibe. We enjoyed 3 nights at this wonderful cottage while we visited some local sites and relaxed. A great location between St. Andrews and St. Stephens. Communications with Jessica were always easy and she was available if we needed anything. Thanks again for letting us stay at your cottage, we really enjoyed ourselves!
