Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Clean. Great host. Water was sometimes difficult to get hot. Elevator was a bit tricky and small.

This was the most amazing apartment and we loved staying here during our week in Rome. Bedrooms were big and full of light; the whole apt felt bright and airy. We loved being able to cook and do laundry and just relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We were so close to the Vatican and walking was a breeze. We walked everywhere and felt completely safe. There's so many food options close by and a grocery store right around the corner. We would happily stay here again and again.

Ideal location; minutes from St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Clean, spacious, secure apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and located in an ideal shady location that keeps the apartment from direct sunlight.Well stocked Supermarket 2 minutes away.Buses and trains 5 minute walk.Totally happy with this listing and would highly recommend

Christmas visit

My family of 5 visited over the Christmas holiday. Close to bus and St. Peter’s and has a grocery store next door. We were very comfortable and would recommend to others.

Perfect Location for our Rome visit

We some wonderful days in Rome. The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located. Paola and Umberto organized everything in a perfect way. 100% recommendation.

Lovely rooms next to the Vatican and Rome

Their are lovely rooms next to the Vatican and Rome. Very spacious in a quite area next to all the tourist things to enjoy in the Rome area. Parking was no problem on the street at all!

Thank you for hosting us! We enjoyed the proximity to the Vatican, the balcony, and the size for our family of 5. The hosteria on our street across from the Vatican is excellent also!

Rome Apartment

The apartment is nice, it had plenty of space for us and was very clean. It was in a good location. It’s really close to a bus stop and there is a grocery store just down the block.

Great location, great apartment

The apartment was perfect for what we needed, location was ideal and a 3 minute walk to the train/bus station for those time we needed to rest our legs!Great host with lots of helpful information on arrival. We used a private taxi to/from airport but train would have been easy given location of appartment

A wonderful stay in Rome

Umberto and Paola were wonderful hosts and the apartment in a residential area near Vatican City was surprisingly quiet after dark and proved to be a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable, apartment was very clean, we had all the comforts of home, even coffee! We would definitely stay here again. Found 2 great, near by restaurants (Cresci and Perdinci) and a good gelato shop just past Cresci. There's also a very good supermarket quite close to the apartment.

Great apartment

Hosts Umberto and Paola were wonderful. Met us at the apartment and explained everything and gave us recommendations for public transportation. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, very near San Pietro train station and Vatican. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location! The apartment is so close to the Vatican it made getting to Mass on Easter morning a breeze! The space is lovely, the beds comfy and the terrace to the center courtyard is charming. There was coffee and two moka pots to use, which we loved!There is the tiniest elevator that we’d use for our luggage and one person.Leonardo greeted us and explained the apartment upon our arrival. The only reason I gave 4 stars for communication is when I messaged about running out of toilet paper and whether there was more in the apartment, I got no response. Other than that our stay was perfect…we’d definitely stay again!

We stayed at this apartment from July 7th to July 12th and had a great experience. The place was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica and close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops.Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with Mr. Umberto was excellent; he provided us with very helpful tips about the city. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, making it easy to explore Rome.We highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

This was an awesome little apartment in Rome near St Peters! The owners were very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend! My only wish is that there would have been a broom and paper towels for clean up day to day.

A minor quibble in the kitchen was that the cooking knifes were not sharp. Made chopping quite difficult

Just Perfect

This was perfect for our family of 5, it had everything we needed for a city break. Great location 10min walk to the Basilica and the Vatican city. Bus route 62 and 64 very close by to get you near the Colosseum and all other attractions around Rome.Leondardo was also very helpful organising us a Taxi from the airport and back. Thank you.

Great apartment and great location

It was so nice to stay in your beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was so convenient to shops, restaurants and the hop on hop off bus. Thank you so much for arranging the car and driver to take us to the airport. That really made for a stress-free morning. Thank you again, and maybe we will meet again somewhere, some time…..Ruth

Family trip

The apartment is clean and cute. Nicely decorated. Hosts are friendly. There are many pastry shops and restaurants within walkable distance. A big grocery store is within 5 minute walk of the apartment. The small single bed in the big room is quite hard. Other beds are comfortable. Overall, we recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay closer to the Vatican.

Very nice apartment close to St.Peter

We fou d everything just as described. This apartment is a total recommandation for a week or so. Supermarket right around the corner, one of the main buslines which runs right through the center, has a stop 2min from the apartment. There could be a little more equipment in the kitchen if you wanted to cook everything by yourself-but who wants this anyways, theres plenty of good restaurants all iver the city. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent experience!!! Paola and Umberto are the best hosts and their flat is all you would want, when visiting Rome. It is a 5 min walk from St. Peter but at the same time absolutely quiet and it felt very safe. There is a supermarket only a few steps away, which is very convenient. We felt at home!! Paola met us at the beginning and showed us everything! She organized the transport from the airport and back. She and Umberto and their son where always very quick to respond and could easily be reached at all times. We felt really cared for! We will absolutely stay with Paola and Umberto when visiting Rome next time and would 100% recommend. (this review is from a mum traveling with her daughter, i would come back here with the whole family or a group of friends, or by myself ;-) ) Thank you so much Paola and Umberto! Looking forward seeing you again!
