Housekeeping Services:
For qualifying stays, traditional housekeeping is provided every third day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Services are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Towel drop service is provided on non-cleaning days.

A Note from the Owner:
We enjoy spending time out on the lanai, which has a large grassy area behind it that is great for our grandchildren to play ball on. Ulua Beach is just a short walk and it's great for paddle boarding, boogie boarding, and snorkeling. The Shops at Wailea are also just a short walk from the condo and they have a variety of stores as well as restaurants. The kitchen has granite counters and new stainless steel appliances and is well stocked if you want to cook at home. We have convenient parking directly in front of our unit and only two stairs to get inside. The condo interior is all on one level. Our unit is on one end of the complex, next to a wooded area and is very private.

Our stay was excellent. The condo is perfectly located in the heart of Wailea with walking access to everything. It is very well stocked so made cooking easy, and lots of space for all 5 of us. The grounds are gorgeous, expansive and very quiet. We had fun playing pickle ball, and we loved the beach area and the pool. We wished we could stay longer and would stay here again! I would highly recommend staying here!

Elua village is great.

Elua Village is a great place to stay. Love the Location. It’s close to Restraunts and shopping. The pool is great too. Condo was very nice.

Elua #2201

Having visited Wailea regularly over the past 20 years we historically stayed at Ho'olei, as there was only 4 adults we booked Elua based upon recommendation from a colleague. For anyone who has stayed at Ho'olei I would consider the bar raised pretty high. This being said, we were thrilled with # 2201 at Elua, this unit provided private ground level lunai enclosed by beautiful garden surrounding whilst offering a nice view of the ocean. The unit itself was nicely decorated, comfortable with a well kitted out kitchen, which was perfect for our breakfast and luncheon needs. Location to the main pool was only a 5 minute walk where the amenities included gym, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen where we were able to store our lunches and drinks on a daily basis. The landscaping along with the rest of the grounds all very well maintained. On several occasions we met our cleaning staff who were both friendly and courteous. Love this location as it is centrally located for walks along the beach towards Kihei while at the same time situated near all of our favorite dining spots within walking distance. Next door there is Morimoto for high end sushi - with a relaxed upscale vibe - pricey but well worth it. Then there is Monkey Pod up the road with their daily happy our menu from 3pm-5pm and again 9pm-11pm. And up the road Ferraros at the Four Seasons for Wailea's only ocean front restaurant, with live music Tuesday -Saturdays. Of course there is The Shops at Wailea where this would be a daily stop after a run or bike ride at Honolulu Coffee. And if you happen to need something and you don't want to go to Safeway in Kihei, there is the Island Gourmet Market. Overall we would definitely book Elua in the future.

Safety issues

The property was clean and nicely appointed. Furniture in the living area was quite uncomfortable (should be updated). Main issue was that the fire alarm did not engage when there was an electrical fire in a closet light. When we woke in the middle of the night we smelled something burning and it turned out to be the closet light fixture. We called an emergency number and security came in response. We were told not to turn on power to the fixture and everything would be okay. Did not feel very comfortable and did not go back to bed. We checked out at first light.

Great Family Condo

We had a great visit and the condo was a part of that. It was in a quiet location and we loved sitting out on the lanai to eat or have coffee in the am. The grounds are just beautiful. My kids also loved playing out on the lawn. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the location to a great beach with snorkeling couldn't be beat!

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved this condo! The kitchen appliances were wonderful and it was a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The lanai was beautiful and we loved the privacy. We also loved that it was on the bottom floor with only 2 steps. Everything was modern and updated and very clean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had hoped for and more!

Needs new AC

The property is located at the very top/back of the property which makes for a long walk to the beach but it has a nice grass lawn area off the lanai. The air conditioning is INADEQUATE to cool the condo appropriately (and they charge too much rent to have it barely function). The maintenance/cleaning staff and the management people are all wonderful. The pool area required you to be VERY QUITE. Not good for children.
