Lovely property with kind hosts. The Casa was clean, very well appointed with nice quality items. The pool was perfect to cool off, private and in a great setting - the ravine iit overlooks is a haven for birdlife. As we are not into nightlife the TV with Netflix and Amazon was perfect for the evenings. However, a short drive away is the lovely port/beach with very nice restaurants and bars.

We spent our honeymoon at Casa Tino and we could not have made a better choice. Great facilities, fantastic location and truly a tranquil hideaway.

We loved Casa Tino. We had a very warm welcome from the host, Carmen, who lives next door and showed us around the house. It was very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The Casa is in a beautiful valley with lovely views - we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings. The pool was clean and warm. The house is a 1 minute walk from a cafe and bakery, and a short drive to Puerto de Mogan and Mogan Pueblo. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are already looking at booking for next year

Our 2nd visit to this island and to Tino’s house. We had no hesitation in choosing this property and again our stay was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Tino’s parents were the perfect hosts, friendly without being intrusive and always on hand if needed. The gifts of fresh fruit and eggs were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We’ve rebooked to return in 6 months time!
A selection of exotic fruits from the garden awaited our arrival.

Our host Tino got in touch with us when we landed and was there at the rental to make sure we found it ok and show us around. Everything was lovely and clean , bed very comfortable and there was welcome drinks and fresh fruit. Lovely outside area to sit and relax and a nice warm clean swimming pool to use. The host's parents live beside the rental and were really friendly and helpful but allowed privacy as wished. Would thoroughly recommend this rental, it was the perfect base to explore the island and we were very comfortable. The house is beside a road and opposite a small holding but this did not interfere with our enjoyment of this holiday house which had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful week. The place is really nice, in a calm and natural environment. The house IS composed with everything you need. The owner is also really helpful. We will Come black !

A perfect stay at Tino House

We stayed at Tino house with our two kids and absolutely loved it. Located just a 5 min drive to Mogan beach with a beautiful view on the mountains. The house is clean, has comfortable beds and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. A nice terrace for outside dining, a grill and of course the heated pool with comfortable chairs which was amazing for taking a relaxing quiet day. The communication with Tino was super friendly and fast. We totally recommend Tino House to everyone.

A Gem of a Place

This is a superb holiday home with excellent facilities and a beautiful pool. The house was spotless and the terrace/pool were cleaned every day. Tino met us on arrival and thereafter his parents looked after us with very generous gifts of a range of fruits and fresh eggs. They were very friendly but never intrusive. We would have loved to make a return booking but appreciate why it was already booked.

Idyllic cottage south of Mogan

We were delighted with the quality of the accommodation and the welcoming feel. Tino's mother was very helpful. The pool although tiny is lovely - especially with its views of the surrounding hills covered in cacti. There's a lovely little cafe and bar two minutes down the road. The bus into Puerto Mogan is frequent and cheap. In fact there are plenty of other buses to places further along the coast.

Suberb location

Beautiful location very private had everything we needed exceptionally clean . Although it was out of the main resort it was only a short bus ride down to the Peurto de Mogan but we quite often walked it which took around 40 mins . The buse were quite regular & the taxis were reasonable. There was a superb bakery just 5 mins from the property which we got fresh bread from every day also some lovely pastries. We also had some lovely fruits & fresh eggs from the owners of the property. We would definitely stay here again .

Beautiful little place

We loved the house and pool! And the kind gifts during the week, the lovely flowers, fresh eggs, papaya, lemons and fresh towels in the middle of the week! Owners live on the grounds, but we rarely saw them. Unfortunately (probably also due to the fact that the house is 3 or 4 kilometers inlands), it was mostly cloudy and the pool was unheated, so we didnt get to swim that much. But we loved the island and kindness of the inhabitants! Another big plus: there’s a great bakery right across the street!

Very nice place

Very nice house and a very nice garden. We could sit outside for all meals and eat, which the covered terasse helped with, and the heated pool was very good especially for our children. We did not know we had to share the pool with two people in a different house, but it worked out fine. The host was nice, and we talked through translation on smartphone. Which worked fine. The place was very clean inside and outside, and we could smell the cleaning products on arrival. The road by the house is a bit noisy at night, so earplugs would be recomended when you sleep.

Excellent place to stay

A great place with everything you need on a central spot to explore the Island. We have stayed here 3 weeks. Our two teenage girls loved the private swimming pool. The beds are fine and the inventory is complete. The owner is very friendly and brings around several sorts of fruits, like mango, papaya an dragon fruits. They grow in the garden around the house. The bakery is very close. The house is near the road in a part of Gran Xanaria that not crowded with tourists but everything on the island is wthin an our drive. The nearest coastal place is the beautiful port de Mogan. That is an 8 minute drive. So in one word. Fantastic. We will come back.

Very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool

The house is between the port & village of Mogan, convenient for restaurants & shops, with frequent buses. The house is set just below the road overlooking a mango plantation. The mangos had finished at the time of our visit but papayas were plentiful. There is some traffic noise but it was quiet at night inside the house. The bakery 100m away offers all sorts of bread, cakes etc as well as basic provisions so handy for breakfast supplies. The bar next door has tapas at lunchtime; It closes at 5pm this time of year but may have different hours later We were met by Carmen who was very welcoming and left us wine, water, fresh eggs & papaya. The house was sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There were plenty of utensils & good knives for cooking. We mostly ate lunch out then went to Spar or Superdino and made supper in the house. The saltwater pool was lovely & warm enough to enjoy; although shared with the cottage we mostly had it to ourselves The scenery is spectacular. We hired a car from Autoreisen, always reliableThe drive from the airport is a bit dreary until you get through the tunnels. Inland roads are good, if bendy, and it is well worth exploring. We would definitely come back to Gran Canaria & recommend Tino's to anyone who doesn't need to be in a resort, but close enough to reach a sandy beach and facilities in 5 minutes. It's also a good base for walking & cycling. All in all we were impressed with the island, area, the house and the welcome

El lugar ideal para descansar y desconectar.Rodeado de naturaleza y con buena comunicación para ir a la playa, restaurantes, supermercados y centros comerciales. El registro de entrada y salida perfecto, buena comunicación con los dueños para cualquier cuestión. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente, cocina completa, piscina a 2 pasos, comedor dentro y fuera, donde poder disfrutar de una comida al aire libre, wifi y zona de aparcamiento si llevas coche, que sería lo ideal para poder moverte por la zona. Tanto Tino, como Mari Carmen y Agustin (sus padres) son un encanto de personas, muy cercanos. Nos agasajaron con fruta de la finca, que estaba deliciosa, y huevos de sus gallinas.En resumen, hemos disfrutado de una semana maravillosa en un lugar maravilloso.

Casa rural cómoda y moderna.

Una casa rural con piscina climatizada compartida con la cabaña de madera.Unos propietarios muy agradables y atentos. La limpieza y comodidad muy conseguida.Cerca de la carretera y molesta algo el ruido. Por la noche es tranquila gracias a las ventanas aislantes.

Maravilloso

Ha sido un placer estar estos días en su casa la verdad que tanto los dueños Mari Carmen y Tino como su hijo han sido todos muy amables .Tienen muchos detalles con los huéspedes ,son muy atentos y la estancia fue todo lo que queríamos tranquilidad y comodidad desde el minuto uno seguramente volveremos porque es todo lo que uno desea de vacaciones muchas gracias por tratarnos tan 😊

Tranquilidad

Hemos estado alojados 10 días en Casa Tino, podemos decir que ha sido muy agradable nuestra estancia, el sitio es tranquilo, las vistas de los frutales y el entorno geniales, la casa esta bien equipada y Carmen y Tino encantadores y generosos, nos han traído fruta y huevos caseros en varias ocasiones y el último día un flan realmente muy rico, no nos importaría volver en otra ocasión.

Sommes une famille de 4 personnes et avons séjourné 2 semaines.BON A SAVOIR :Accueil par la mère de Tino uniquement en espagnol.Piscine PARTAGEE avec une autre location.CLIMATISATION uniquement dans le séjour.Les chambres sont très chaudes malgré un ventilateur portable, donc obligés de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.Maison située au bord de la route principale en léger contrebas et donc très bruyant de jour comme de nuit.Impossible de dormir le matin car la mère de Tino balaye notre terrasse et devant nos fenêtres de chambre dès 7h30 le matin,Très gênant, nous ne nous sentons pas chez nous.La production d'eau chaude n'est pas suffisante pour 4 personnes.En résumé, un peu cher pour les prestations fournies.L'Ile de Gran canaria très bien.
