The apartment is in a great location with restaurants, stores, pubs, and public transportation all nearby. The accommodations are comfortable with period furniture and decor. The kitchen is very functional. The washer and dryer are newer and worked well. The communication with the host was pleasant. Overall we had a very positive experience.

Wonderful house in Chiswick, close to 2 Tube stations and many buses. Would definitely stay again. Sandra was so helpful when I needed to leave a broken suitcase, super accommodating. Very happy with our stay

Next trip to London I hope to stay here again.

Great location… easy walk to public transportation, restaurants and groceries. Flat was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and easy. Great place to stay! Loved the flat and London!

Chiswick stay

Spacious 2 bedroom property with a lovely courtyard. Great location near bus, train and shops. Steps to laundry a bit steep but manageable.

Great Stay at Sandra's place

We had a great stay at Sandra's home. She is very responsive and the location is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy access to underground station and plenty of local markets and restaurants nearby! We would stay here again!

Great location and property

Great property in a great location. A bit far out from the city center, but it was a nice area to come home to each day. Lots of conveniences nearby. Beautiful kitchen, too.

Very cute and quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at our flat 19A. Coming from the US we did have questions on a few thing and Sandra was very quick to respond to us. We had everything needed to make our stay wonderful

Wonderful stay in London

We had a great time during our stay at this property. Sandra is a very attentive host, and the house and garden are beautiful and filled with delightful furniture, paintings and collectibles! Chiswick is a very nice area with lots of restaurants and shops, and it's quite close to all that London has to offer. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely garden flat

We had a relaxing stay in this lovely flat. It was in a peaceful area with easy access to Kew Gardens, Richmond and other areas of London. Sandra and Marcus were very welcoming hosts, and the flat is beautifully looked after.

Wonderful Location and beautiful property! Easy commute on tube via the district line to major tourist areas. Chiswick village; park and stores all an easy walk.

The flat itself is good, but seems to double as a repository for the owner’s unwanted and outdated kitchenware and crockery. The knives, for example, are hopelessly blunt, and a number of items in the kitchen don’t work or don’t work properly. The kitchen sink was effectively blocked and it took me - not a plumber - a considerable effort to fix it.The major failure is with the courtyard - a great asset, but unswept and dirty, overgrown and untended, with dilapidated wooden garden furniture that was broken in places, and seemed potentially dangerous - threatening to collapse if one wasn’t careful.The relative uselessness of the courtyard, which features heavily in ther advertising, does not justify the expense of renting the property.

Very Nice Chiswick Flat

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay while visiting family in Chiswick. The flat is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and everything was is good working order. It is a comfortable walk to the Chiswick High Street and two tube stations. Sandra was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Chiswick stay

The property is lovely. A true English experience. It was very clean and in a great location, 5 min walk to shopping and 10min walk to 3 different train stations. My only criticism is that the wifi only worked properly in the main bedroom. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely!

We had a wonderful stay here. The flat was a perfect size for our family of four. We loved the back garden! The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking easy meals. The beds were very comfortable. Chiswick is a great place for a family to stay- we loved relaxing on the green during the evening. We found the area easily served by the district line and enjoyed the short walk from the station to the flat. The high street had plenty of food options for when we wanted to stay local. We would absolutely stay here again.

very nice garden with lots of birds, squirrels and even an occasional fox passing through late in the evening. all this in london, some 20-30 minutes from central london. not bad
