Great quality family apartment
The apartment was very clean, and the beds were spotless and comfortable.
The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed.
The central location was excellent, and at night time it was reasonably quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere.
The complex felt very safe and secure.
The apartment was a perfect size for a family of 4.
The pool area was a little disappointing for a family holiday. The rules around drinking round the pool were quite strict (we didn’t want to drink alcohol - just soft drinks).
The lack of sun loungers was a good thing, because people didn’t reserve them early, but it made sitting around the pool not very comfortable or enjoyable.
The lock on our apartment door was very temperamental and sometimes it took a few attempts to get in. We raised this with UHC.
There were a few maintenance issues that I raised with UHC, though it didn’t affect our stay and I received a prompt reply.
The office staff were very helpful.
It might be helpful to include a guide on how to use the air conditioning system, we had to work that out ourselves.
