Very nice apartment with a great view from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It is so close to both the beach and the swimmingpool! We also loved the closed little courtyard with plants and flowers. The area is nice and quiet, mostly holiday apartments. There is a small shop 5 mins away and you can walk to restaurants in 15-20 mins.

Memorable sea views and the place had everything we needed for a family stay with two young children - beach towels and a kitchen fairly well equipped. Beach was 30 seconds away and a small local supermarket was 5 mins walk. The hot water kept on cutting out every 3 mins however which was sufficient for a quick shower but nothing more.

We stayed for 10days at Carlos’s property and it was very nice and lovely. The view was stunning and the apartment was looking very nice and well maintained. If we will go back we will definitely try and book this place again. The check in and out was flexible and Marius has helped a lot and provided all the information we needed. Thank you very much !

Beautiful apartment. Check in was prompt and communication with Carlos excellent. Sea view from balcony was amazing and garden with sun loungers was quiet and secluded. The whole apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the sun. We would definitely recommend and will return in the future. Although unsure if this area would suit persons with mobility issues as it is hilly and many steps. On saying this there are small ramps but access to local restaurants and beaches could be quite challenging if unfit and prefer not walking far. As said we loved it and enjoyed our walks each day.

February getaway

Property was very clean, set in a gated complex which was well maintained. The pool was nice, chilly in February but ok once you were in. No road noise, just the sound of waves. The rear of the property was a lovely suntrap. We cooked in the property, I think you would need to drive to Maspalomos to find a selection of restaurants. Check in was easy and the staff at Villa Gran Canaria were friendly and quickly answered any questions we had.

Great view from sunny, bright apartment

Stylish apartment. Pretty well equipped although not sufficient glasses. Water ran cold for second persons shower and as this is an apartment for 4 that could be a real problem. TV was faulty with no English channels and very distorted sound. Very pretty garden area. Pool very cold and no sun beds. Very few restaurants in surrounding area and parking difficult. Bed very comfortable and shower powerful. Lovely balcony with sea view great for breakfast. No sun shades for either outside space that could a problem when hotter. We were grateful for late check out. Potentially a super stylish property with a few problems that need attention.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in der Nähe gibt es nicht viele Restaurants oder Supermärkte. Dafür hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht und den Strand wenige Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt. Mit Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen und aufzuwachen ist besonders schön gewesen. Die Wohnung war sauber. Einzig die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine fanden wir nicht hygienisch. Ein Staubsauger wurde auch erst viele Tage später zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war aber schön, dass nach ca. einer Woche die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt sowie das Bad geputzt wurde. Parkplätze gab es in der Nähe genug. Die Kommunikation erfolgt mit einem Kundenservice, welcher mit dem Eigentümer in Verbindung ist. Ein späterer Check out war lediglich bis 12 Uhr möglich.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. ce logement est a 2 minutes d'une plage peu achalandée et donne directement sur la piscine (pas chauffée). La vue et le son des vagues nous a bercé chaque soir! Il y a une petite épicerie a 2 minutes à pied également. Si vous louez une voiture, trouver un stationnement est plus difficile mais il y en a 2 de part et d'autre du rond point en bas de la rue, à 5 minutes à pied. Le logement est très bien équipé et l'hôte réactif en cas de problème! L'appartement étant dans une enceinte fermée, c'est sécuritaire pour les enfants. L'emplacement sur l'île est idéal pour une famille mais un peu moins centrale si vous recherchez du ''nightlife'' ou des restaurants à distance de marche. Je me déplacerais alors un peu plus dans maspalomas ou las palmas.

Es ist eine tadellose Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnanlage. Eine kleine Badebucht unterhalb des Apartments ist leicht zugänglich. Um die Umgebung, egal ob im Süden der Insel oder im gebirgigen Inneren, zu erkunden oder am Abend ein Restaurant aufzusuchen, macht ein Mietauto absolut Sinn. Parken in der Nähe war kein Problem. Danke nochmals für die Hilfe beim Auffinden der Wohnanlage, wie bei der ersten Rückmeldung schon beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder, die Anlaufschwierigkeiten sind gemeistert.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und wunderschön! Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Nähe zum Strand sind super. Die Gegend ist ruhig und etwas außerhalb vom Tourismus, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus zu beobachten.Es gab leider gar keine Ausstattung wie Salt, Pfeffer oder Öl. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Ideal location

The property was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A nice quiet area with the beach right outside and pool a few steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Schönes, sauberes Appartement in gepflegter Anlage mit privaten Bungalows und einem Pool (kalt)

In der Küche war alles vorhanden, die Betten waren sauber und ordentlich, das Badezimmer ist neuwertig. Toller Meerblick und fußläufig erreichbare Sandstrände. Einziger Minuspunkt: Zwei der drei Markisen (1xBalkon mit Meerblick und 1xVorgarten) funktionierten nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass sie ständig kaputt gingen, da Gäste sie bei Wind nicht einfahren würden...und die Reparatur kostspielig sei...naja!
