The Villa is a nice villa situated in a residential area 15 minutes walk from the old town and the beaches of Pescadores and Peneco, this beach is very popular with tourists and local people, has a fantastic atmosphere and is an ideal place. to soak up the sun and sea and enjoy a great vacation with your family and friends. Sleeps 4/6 people, have a garden with private pool for the exclusive use of the renting guests, all fenced and safe for small children.
Spread over two floors, the house has two bedrooms one with double bed the other with twin beds both equipped with air conditioning, and a full bathroom.
Downstairs we have the living room and dining room and another bathroom, the kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster and coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal at home. .
The garden is a pleasant place where you can relax by the pool and sunbathe until late because the villa is south facing or enjoy a barbecue with the family. There is a covered porch where you can park your car inside the property.
Very close to the villa we have a small shopping center with supermarket cafe, bar and laundry the bus stop and taxi are about 100 meters. Supermarket Lidl is also nearby.
Embrace the nightlife in the old town with its many terrace bars and world-renowned restaurants with mostly live music.
A 5-minute drive away is Algarve shopping where there is a wide range of shops and restaurants open until midnight.
As it is a residential area no noise is allowed after 11:30 pm. Children are welcome.

Villa was very clean and close to shops and bars host was very helpfull only 1 down size was road noise and neighbours cockral crowing 5am but they got rid of it now

Maria's villa is beautiful, perfectly situated an easy 10 minute walk from the old town and beach.The villa had everything necessary for our stay. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, we slept extremely well whilst we were there. We used the outside space every day, the garden furniture was well maintained, we used the pool mainly for cooling off.Communication with Maria was seamless and she even met us at the villa on arrival to provide a quick guide to the villa. The was also an unexpected starter pack of groceries which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely book again.

Great place to stay close to the old town shops nearby

Stayed in and around this area for about 8 years this was a great place to stay probably the best villa we stayed at with having its own pool it had everything you needed to enjoy your holiday. Maria and her family are very helpful pool cleaned every other day we will be considering staying here again on our next visit to Portugal.

Amazing holiday

Me and my friends stayed here for nearly a week and had a lovely time. The house was so nice and Maria had great communication with us and would help us with any questions we had. Especially the outside area and the pool was amazing and very private. Would be back.

Great place to see the Algarve from

My wife and I stayed here for almost a week. Maria was a great host. The property is wonderful. We had a car and used this central location as a jumping off point to see the whole area. The pool is a nice place to chill after a day of adventuring. There are several good restaurants in the area without having to go into the tourist mob.

We loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough. Maria is lovely and very accommodating, everything was ready for us when we arrived. The villa is in a perfect location, situated in a quiet residential area and just a very short walk to the local supermarket. It’s approximately a 15/20 minute walk to the old town, or just a few minutes in an Uber. The villa itself is spotless and has everything you need. The pool really makes it the perfect place to stay, it’s cleaned daily for you and the grounds are well looked after. If we return to Portugal we would definitely want to stay here again.

Had a fantastic time at this Villa. Has all the amenities you would need for a self catering stay and for. The property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with shops nearby and close enough to walk comfortably to the old town where there are a variety of great restaurants.The property was clean and well furnished. The pool was cleaned early, most days and was a highlight.Maria the host was superb. Great communication with lots of useful information for our trip. Many thanks. Would definitely return.Highly recommended.

Good communication with host who met us to show around. Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. Extra towels supplied for our stay although no pool towels. Pool was cleaned regularly. 2 minute walk to local supermarket. Can walk to Lidl and Aldi however local supermarket was just as good.Giro bus stops at top and bottom of road, if you wish to use, to town, marina or Algarve shopping centre which were lovely.Easy walk to old town along footpath and under roundabout. We did not use after dark as dimly lit but you can walk along main road or taxis/ubers were cheap to get around all local areas.Would not hesitate to return due to location and homely feel.

Albufeira Wedding

Maria was excellent communicated throughout booking. Contacted us and arrange to meet at Villa. She showed us around and gave information on what we could do and where to eat. Brought a fan to the villa, answered promptly. Permitted us to stay later on day of check out due to flight time. Excellent communication. Beautiful villa all that we needed was there. Pool lovely. Nice quiet area. Would definitely recommend

Disappointed summer 2019

Our first impression of the property was excellent given the outside space which can't be faulted and is tended to each day. There after the property was a disappointment as it is not given the same attention as the outside space. It was all little things but never experienced at any other villa rented. There were no cleaning materials, no coals for the BBQ, no mid holiday cleaning service, linen left outside for you to change beds, Air conditioning only in bedrooms, only 1 lightbulb working in all light fixtures. Listing says there are bikes which is not factual they also fail to mention you are on a busy road which is the main route to the bus station The property next door also has 2 dogs that like to bark. Albufeira for us was just 2 commercial given other places we have stayed at across Portugal.

Regarding the issues that you have mentioned, we were caught by surprise, as the issue regarding the bikes was dicussed before the stay on my email, and we clarified that we do not provide any bikes, and the photo that was on the ad is from a nearby bike rental store, the ad also mentions that we only have AC on the bedrooms, and we never mentioned ever that there is a mid holiday cleaning service, but we feel sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, however you could have contacted our team for any of these matters, that we would solve immediatelly, you also had the option to contact us via phone, email, and you could also contact any members of our team that go everyday during the morning to the villa to do garden and pool mantinance, about any of this issues, but you choose to complain on the internet instead. Please contact me if you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around. It would be such a pleasure to personally welcome you back to our sunny Algarve. A perfect retreat

We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks in this lovely villa and did not want to leave it. The property is very well maintained and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday (not that we did much self catering, we ate out almost every night!) The real diamond though was the pool. It was such a luxury to have our own private pool and we used it every single day even when we’d been to the water park or beach. It’s in the front of the villa but you are not overlooked at all - it was totally private and no fighting over sunbeds! The villa is just outside the town so nice and quiet location but only a quick 15mins walk through the park if you wanted something livelier or a 5 min Uber drive down to the marina. There is a lovely Italian restaurant 2’mins walk away beside the pingo doce supermarket which is well stocked and has a lovely bakery - we have grown fat on their warm bread rolls and giant pain au chocolates every morning! Maria was such an obliging host - our arrival flight was very late and all the supermarkets were closed and she had some essentials ready for us which was so generous of her, her husband also cleaned the pool in the morning (not that it was dirty but sometimes petals would blow into it) and also arranged fresh linen for us mid-holiday which was much appreciated. We would be delighted to visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for something quiet but still close enough for the action if that’s what you want.

Casa perfecta para unas vacaciones en albufeira

La casa es perfecta para 4 personas. Nada mas llegar nos recibio Maria (la dueña), una señora muy amable y no explico todo al detalle tanto de la casa como de albufeira y alrededores. Tiene todo lo necesario para el dia a dia, habitaciones con aire acondicionado, barbacoa y una piscina que manuel la limpia a diario. El casco viejo y la playa de albufeira esta a unos 15 minutos. En cuanto a hacer la compra hay cerca un aldi, lidl y un tipo carrefour express. Os recomiendo ir al ultimo que esta a dos pasos de casa y tiene panaderia,carniceria...el mejor sin ninguna duda. Si el dia de mañana volvemos a albufeira no dudare en repetir en esta casa.

We have just returned from a lovely weeks stay (4 adults & our 6 year old autistic grandson). The hosts met us on arrival and told us all about the villa and local area and when we had a minor issue, Maria was very quick to respond. We chose this villa as it had two bedrooms with air con plus two bathrooms but the main reason was the private pool which was secured by two gates so we could ensure our grandson couldn’t enter without adult supervision.The villa is approximately 15 minutes walk to The Old Town. There is a Lidl close by but the local supermarket (short walk) is excellent.The two single beds are very hard but that’s personal preference, not a criticism. Just wanted to let others know and wouldn’t stop us booking again as it was a perfect property for our grandson.We hired a car as the villa has private parking but also used Uber after a walk to The Old Town, which was very cheap.

Maison Spacieuse et Confortable à Albufeira avec Belle Piscine

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle et confortable. Elle est bien équipée avec tout l'électroménager nécessaire, même si un peu plus de vaisselle aurait été appréciable. La maison est idéalement située à Albufeira, à proximité des grands commerces et à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la plage. La piscine est un véritable atout, agréable et bien sécurisée pour les enfants, et nous en avons bien profité. Cependant, il est important de noter que la maison est située en bordure d'une route très passante, notamment en raison de sa proximité avec la gare routière. Le passage fréquent de bus, de jour comme de nuit, peut être dérangeant, surtout puisque la piscine donne directement sur cette route. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour. Maria Helena, l'hôte, est extrêmement gentille, accueillante et très disponible. Elle a rapidement fait réparer une fuite sur la machine à laver, ce qui témoigne de son attention envers ses invités. En résumé, cette maison propre et agréable est un bon choix pour découvrir les magnifiques paysages de l'Algarve. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande ce logement ! Une semaine au top

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce logement ! Maria Helena est vraiment très gentille et accueillante ! Le point en plus est vraiment la piscine ! Nous en avons bien profité. Le logement n’est vraiment pas loins des commerces et du centre. Je recommande le logement ! Et si nous en avons l’occasion nous reviendrons.
